Disney's BoardWalk Inn

Great pool and slide for the kids. Adults will like the shops and restaurants on the Boardwalk. It is also nice to be able to walk or take a boat to 2 Disney parks.

We had a wonderful time will stay at this location again

We loved our stay the hotel was classic charming and beautiful. Our room was spotless and everything was so well taken care of. Our three year old loved the water slide at the pool and the boardwalk is a perfect location. The only down side was room service was just average we expected so much more from such a high end Disney property.

The hotel exceeded our expectations and will be looking forward to staying there again.

Myself and two girlfriends stayed at the Boardwalk Inn for five nights. The location to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was great. Decor was nice and the Boardwalk area is lots of fun. We had stayed at the Contemporary two nights before our stay at the Boardwalk. Comparing the two, the Contemporary rooms were bigger and much nicer. The Boardwalk looked older, our mini fridge was so loud we had to unplug it, and the bathroom had yellow sticky stains around the door. It was fine, but I don't think we would stay there again.

This is an amazing premium hotel, and the location right by Epcot really can't be beat. There are a couple of things that disappointed us, though, and I figured I'd point them out here. 1) They seriously can't get a Starbucks or some decent coffee shop in the hotel or on the boardwalk? I had to walk over to Epcot to get a sugar free vanilla latte in the mornings. Admittedly it's not the world's most common drink, but it's not really obscure either. I could easily find it in any of the parks. 2) They don't offer in-room movies. At the least I'd expect a Disney movie channel, if not Pay-Per-View. Instead we had a bit of a hide-and-seek game when the DVR they tried to deliver to our room ended up somewhere else. For such a fancy hotel, and for Disney, we expected better. But, again, we loved our stay, the hotel is beautiful, and we'd grin and bear it all again. :)

We had a HUGE room with an oversized balcony. It was clean and very comfortable. Loved the regular pool with great slide as well as the quiet pool with hot tubs in both locations. Two drawbacks - one is the dearth of quick service food onsite. We ended up scooting through the Epcot International Gateway to get takeout from Las Halles in France. We also had no hot water for showers on our check out day. We called the first time to report it and were told they would check. Never heard back. Called an hour later and were told it was a resort wide outage. Sorry, for the price - that is ridiculous. It really held us up on our departure day and we ended up taking cold showers anyway. Not pleasant even in Florida heat.

I loved this place top to bottom start to finish. The boardwalk was such a fun place to hang out. The proximity to Hollywood and Epcot were unmatched. It was class and beautifully decorated, but still had a great pool for my kiddo and wonderful family entertainment on the boardwalk. I would highly recommend. What a beautiful thing to walk up in the morning and see the sun glimmering on the lake with all the beautiful buildings in the distance.

We love this location and the club level is worth the expense. Of all the Disney properties, the staff and concierge lounge area are the best. Most cast members have been serving at that level for many years and they know their repeat guests. The only reason why I did not rate our experience a 5 in every category was the power washing that was very disrupting to quiet relaxation by the pool. Every day they set up and ran generators and power equipment. It was high season so I think such activities should be scheduled in the cooler months when guests are not planning on enjoying the quiet pool.

This hotel was a fantastic location for visiting Disney and our room was at the very end of the hallway and fairly quiet. Only 1 night we had a noisy neighbor. And fireworks go off every night around 9 pm of course-- we had a view of the top of the fireworks from our 3rd floor room balcony.

Hotel staff and facilities were excellent. Minor problem with Wifi connectivity. Other amenities at resort top notch.

My fiancé and I had an AMAZING time!! We got lucky that our room was ready upon arrival which was awesome because we had taken the redeye from California the night before! You go out the back of the hotel and right on to a boardwalk which was great because there was an alcoholic drink cart that opened at 11 and since we never got up early we grabbed a drink and went on our day! The pool is so cute and you can rent movies from the Disney Vacation Club clubhouse which was nice! Highly recommend to all ages!

This is my second time staying at Disney's Boardwalk Hotel and it will probably not be my last. The location is extremely convenient. You can walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. There are places to eat and night time activities right on the boardwalk as well, which makes it a great option for adults (kids too I'm sure).

We had room 4275. Faced the courtyard by the boats on the boardwalk. It connects to another room - very noisy! The hallways are noisy - walls are paper thin. I've stayed here before, but this was the first time it was so noisy. I love the location, but prefer the villas side - the prior stay was there on the top floor, and it was very quiet. Overall, okay room. Pricey to me even with discount. Won't be staying there again (even though we've stayed at the Inn twice and the villas 4 times - would stay at the villas but not the Inn).

My whole experience at Disneyworld was amazing and more-so due to my experience at the Boardwalk. Upon arrival at 9 AM, our room was already ready for check-in, which was very helpful since we didn't sleep on our red-eye flight! The staff was very friendly and always tried to help us to the best of their capabilities. The Boardwalk is in walking distance to Epcot and there is easy transportation to get to all of the different parks. The only drawback for it is the cost. If you're on a budget, I would recommend going with a cheaper option. If not, this is a great place to stay!

Theme & décor are very well done. Staff was top notch. Hallways/corridors/elevators are a bit tricky with access to the Boardwalk itself a bit confusing at first.

It was a fabulous hotel with comfortable rooms and an amazing location on the boardwalk! Someone greeted us and took us to check-in. We booked a standard view but got a garden view. The room was close to the lobby and nice and quiet. The hotel was somewhat limited in their own restaurants since there were boardwalk options available. We took breakfast bars to get a quick start to the parks in the morning.

Good location , bus ride to magic kingdom in morning and great access to Epcot for dinner and fireworks. The boardwalk offers a good selection for restaurants as well. Staying on Disney property is always a good choice , convenient transportation and magic band permits single bill charging .

Great location for all things DIsney! We stayed 6 nights in Apr-May 2014. Rooms were clean but you had to tell them to change linens. They don't automatically change them daily. Most staff members were helpful but some gave wrong information about DIsney parks and dining. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Walking distance to Epcot. Great food on the boardwalk. Don't forget a trip to the Boardwalk Bakery for breakfast!
