The manager (Jennifer) was very helpful and friendly. The property was clean. The only thing that could have made it better would be a better coffee. The coffee in the morning that was offered in the lobby was not very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The gentleman staff was very pleasant and helpful checking in. Then checking out the two female staff were very lazy and did not want to be be bothered. Did not want to work. The coffee bar at 7:30 in the morning had NOTHING. NO CUPS NO SNACKS. The girls said not open until 8:30. When I checked in they said 6:30 am. Somebody get it right

This hotel was close to main areas. Rooms were quiet. One thing is the lobby hall areas did not have ac. Rooms were cool though. Oceanside beach area was convenient. Rooms were decent size. Make sure you have a $200 cash deposit if staying longer than 2 nights. It is refundable but CASH that you get once you check out. For the price and for what I needed this place was fine.

Bare minimum

Cash only deposit, but NO working ATM, no BREAKFAST, coffee was not good, only 2 coffee cups set out, water was shut off to kitchen sink, toilet barely flushed, bathrooms by office were closed to public.

We dealt with a youn woman on arrival ( very unfriendly and negative vibe) . On our return at midnight there was a man at the front desk . I tried to make eye contact to say good evening, he avoided us. The only friendly welcoming face we saw was the young woman that checked us out. Place us good for the price and location but doesn’t make you feel welcomed.

This place is grimy. I had my service animal with me and the front desk called the owner when we were checking in. The owner asked me what services my service animal performed. When I told her she said it didn’t count and she would have to charge me a pet fee. It was late at night and I was tired, so I agreed to pay the pet fee. It was not worth the fight. Stay somewhere else. I was moving my daughter to Oceanside, we only stayed here one night…...thank goodness!
