Oceanside Marina Suites

Good location. Uncomfortable beds and no air conditioning.

Location is quite and serene, but the room had much to aspire for. It was dirty, carpets stained, toilet was not clean. There are rubber sheets on the beds I’ve never seen before even in much less expensive places I’ve stayed. The door to the room did not work and we were actually locked in and had to call maintenance to get us out, in doing so he locked himself in the room and couldn’t get out either. If there was an emergency it could have been catastrophic. Although the hotel did offer me a discount for the inconvenience, my taste in the room was already bad. I don’t often write reviews, and maybe my room was an anomaly, but the upkeep and the cleanliness appear to need a lot of improvement.

On the water! Cannot go swimming though. Patio that opens to the bay. Secluded and quiet. Beautiful grounds.

The location of the property is super nice. You see the ocean, the harbor. It is great. The nearest restaurant is 20 minute walk, the beach 30 minutes walk. This has an enormous potential, but our room (deluxe with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and fireplace) was just super dirty. I mean we walk in and there is still a knife from the previous guests in the kitchen, the smell was horrible. We kept all windows open our entire stay, ran non stop fans since there is no ac and still couldnt wait to leave the place because of the smell. I think the housekeeping just changes sheets in the beds and that's it. The patio was dirty, full of spiders and dead flies. We literally got there a cleaned up a little. Even when cleaning door handles and lights switches with a wet tissue, the tissue was all brown. There was dust and first everywhere. The carpets were super dirty with stains. It's a bummer because the views are wonderful but the place was just super smelly and dirty. Won't be back.

Office staff very helpful and obliging. Answered all questions and did their best to assist(travelling with adult with limited mobility).

The rooms are a little out dated,but the view was fantastic, totally made up for it. I would definitely stay there again.

Direct ocean amazing location and easy $12 Parking

Pretty quiet good and could be bad for young couple. Paid extra for a Oceanview room . It didn't happen. Room was outdated. But very peaceful. Clean room.

Unbelievably bad!!! Outdated is one thing, disgusting and dirty is another. Bed bug bites! Every surface was covered in either dust, dirt, grime, cobwebs, (cockroach feces...kitchen and bathroom cupboards), hair. Holes in the floor, doors, walls. Fixtures pulling out of drywall, broken space fans, bathroom and outside of master bedroom...vents covered in dirt, dust and rust. Top of fridge filthy, kitchen cupboards, stove, dishes dirty. No trash bags to replace kitchen trash. Corners by floors covered in dirt and dust with cobwebs. Splatters on walls in bathrooms. Hair stuck on ceiling and floor. Crooked black toilet in master. Faucets in bathroom covered with grime and rust, dirt. Mirrors dirty. Walls dirty. Outside patio dirty. Chairs outside dirty and covered in filth. Too few dishes to cook with. Dust on corner of couches, front light burnt out and front patio area covered in flying bugs as we went to our room. Outside on rocks when we got there was a man sitting drinking, smoking marijuana and staring into the condo for over an hour. The smell was permeating our room. Sheets for sofa bed when picked up had sand and dirt coming off the top of them. Handprints on the walls. Broken and dirty dusty windows and screens. Broken and chipped furniture in dining area, all cupboards both kitchen and bath. No drain or plug in bathtub. Our 12 year old daughter told us she had to plug it with a plastic bag. Overall the place had smell that was extremely bad.

staff was very nice and accommodating . Property has an excellent location with lots to do within walking distance . Hopefully they continue room renovations but overall was an enjoyable stay

It’s right by the water and beautiful, but staff seemed a bit disorganized. First my key wasn’t working, then I went down for new keys and was able to enter the room. As I noticed there was other people’s luggage, I got a call to that room saying they made a mistake. Fortunately, the guests weren’t actually in the room when I walked in. Had to go back downstairs a second time with all of my luggage. Fortunately, they had another room at least. I was also disappointed as I called ahead of time to ask for the room with the specific view I wanted, which was the room they checked someone else into first. Also, they hardly have any channels. So, if you anticipte having some down time to just watch tv, maybe bring your own laptop or device to watch on. They had maybe 2 movie channels and a few regular ones. Not a lot to choose from. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but was a bit disorganized and I was hoping for better options.

Large rooms with great balconies and views. Building is older and needs updates.

Tired property in need of a major overhaul to justify the high prices. Great location but seriously in need of a renovation.

Beautiful views , warm and welcoming staff... rooms are nice size, mine even had a nice warm toasty fireplace. Deck was inviting and cozy.
