The place is awful and gross. I found short curly hair in the bathroom, on the bed and clear body fluid on the wall, TV and phone.

Staff was great perfect location to grab the metero

Next to Metro station, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Used this hotel for one night while in D.C. for a meeting. Was able to drop off my bag upon arrival before check in since a room was not available, and store the bag after check out due to late evening flight. Staff was polite, helpful, and the hotel is steps away from the Crystal City Metro station, very convenient for movement around the city. Room was clean, well maintained. LOVED the rainfall shower head, wished the towels were a little bigger, but that's normal for hotel towels. Only problem I felt was that the walls were really, really thin. I could hear my neighbors on either side laughing at the television programs (which I could hear clearly), and could even hear conversations very clearly. This made sleep difficult when it was happening past midnight. Perhaps the hotel could consider quiet hours or improving the insulation between the rooms. Additionally, while the rooms, foyer, and landings for the elevator were very well maintained, it was obvious the hallway carpets and walls have seen a lot of wear and tear.

Room is neat and organised, staff are prompt with your needs.

I was given a room on the hotel's 3rd floor which abuts their conference area. As a result, the windows were high on the wall giving the room the feel of being in a basement. For over $400/night, I expect better accommodations. I'm not sure if I was assigned this room because I booked through Orbitz but I'm SPG gold member. Considering a spent over $20,000 at a Sheraton last year for a wedding not including 4 rooms for 4 nights, I expected better.

After over 60 years of traveling and staying in a variety of hotels, I can state this was the BEST HOTEL ever. The staff in particular went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Our housekeeper Jose added to our enjoyment by providing extra coffee when asked. When our room safe was jammed, the front desk staff sent up a courteous engineer to open it. The two Serbian young men at the from desk answered our never ending questions competently and never appeared too busy to assist us. The hotel was small enough that everyone on staff knew who you were right away.

Excellent room. The staff is wonderful. However, the business computer is painfully slow.

Staff was very accomodating (I use a cane, and needed to have a cab called for me, which they did immediately). Room is comfortable. Dining room food was fine, and the wait staff also helpful. Room was clean and quiet. My phone charger died, and the front desk staff went down to housekeeping and returned with a left behind charger for me to borrow for the rest of my stay - saved the day for me, as I needed to get work done! I will plan to stay here again when work brings me back later this year.

Found the most inexpensive high quality hotel during big event. Other hotels in the same area where going for up to two hundred dollars more. Very convenient to travel the metro.

The food in the restaurant was fair and the service was slow. Otherwise, this is a very nice hotel. Free shuttle to and from Reagan International Airport. Close to the Metro. Hotel staff was very nice.

Stayed at Westin Crystal City on Jan 10-11th. Had a meeting on morning of 11th. No water in room, telephone did not work to complain. Went to an important meeting in DC with no shower and a dry shave. Westin solution, they credited my account $26.00. Totally unsatisfactory experience and corporate follow-up.

Located close to downtown. Very conveniently located near metro station. So no need to take car to visit places as parking is a big challenge in downtown. Surely recommend this hotel.

Had to make a last minute reservation because of flight cancelation. The price was reasonable and I was surprised at how nice the entire experience was. Restaurant food was very good. They've also got a free airport shuttle.

The hotel was very convenient to DC, clean and the staff was very helpful.

Although very confusing and difficult to locate using my gps, once there, we were very comfortable. Staff, room, and restaurant were very pleasant.

Nice hotel and staff, but food and drink prices were high

Loved the showers here, and the room was clean and comfortable. Easy walk to metro as well.

Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed and the staff was very helpful except when ordering room service.

Dear Jason, On behalf of the entire team at the Westin Crystal City, we would like to thank you for selecting our hotel on your most recent visit to the Washington DC area. While we are happy you stayed with us, we are disappointed to know that we were unable to provide you with the level of service you deserved. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay each time, but failed to deliver this to you on this occasion. . Please know that I personally have shared your comments with our Housekeeping Manager and her team to ensure the proper guidelines are followed during every cleaning in the future. We appreciate the time you took to let us know about your stay and do hope we have another chance to show you a memorable stay the next time you are in town. Have a wonderful day!
