Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. Location is perfect.

The staff was very nice, but they are typically working away from the front desk. You have to call them on a phone when you want to talk to them. The poor lady was sick when I checked in and between these two things, I think they must be understaffed. The exercise equipment was broken. I noticed in some previous reviews this had been mentioned back in 2014. Whoever provided the response said they were looking for a replacement back then. The place looks and feels new, though and again the staff was very nice!
