Property was nice, restaurant was wonderful. front desk staff misinformed us about everything. Never ending confusion….there is a shuttle, there isn’t a shuttle; housekeeping is asked for towels for 3 days because there is no housekeeping, and he brings ONE washcloth and 6 shower caps. Really? Totally incompetent staff!!!

Obviously new. Posh. Comfortable beds. Very close to metro station but not currently walkable (with young kids) due to construction. Free parking.
Nice property! We stayed 2 nights and I was very pleased with the stay. If you’re visiting Downtown DC I wouldn’t suggest this property! Traffic made it difficult to get to and from the property!
Food at the hotel and The Hall CP are all great.

Property was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. I also liked that you needed a room key to access elevators. Like the Bagel/coffee shop in the lobby. I didn't like that there was food under the beds and I couldn't access wifi. Tried entering room number and last name and it didn't work.
