Metro points is super outdated, the furnishings are scratched up & dirty. No microwave, the fridges barely work , I’ve stayed here several times only because of convenience & each time has been a lesser pleasant experience...oh and orbitz customer service sucks

The rates are cheap, but the furniture and decor need to be upgraded to be more modern.

The bathroom still had hair from the previous guest in the sink and tub. Shower had cool water not warm or hot but i was ok for a night stay.

I woke up to a bug on my arm. It was really small and black. I could tell sheets once I inspected, they looked like they weren’t even clean.

The staff were very nice There was a young man who was in Training at the front desk. He was very nice to us. Atmosphere making arrangements not whether he had passed away. And the young man said is everything. Okay, and I said yes, sweetie it is. I just made arrangements to be a My brother, that's all it is. He who I am. So sorry if you need anything, let me know. It made me feel better. I just want to say thank you to him. I forgot his name. But he was very concerned and I really appreciated that.

Excellent location to both the US Capitol and BWI airport.

Excellent Location on the east side of the Beltway with free parking and free responsive shuttle to nearby metro station.

You’ll notice that the hotel is being renovated however you also see where they cut corners in the renovation process. My key pad kept deactivating, I never really had hot water, And what they consider a blanket/ comforter for the bed is really a sheet

Nice Hotel. Excellent staff all clean and nice. I like the place and hope to visit again.

Property was decent for the price. Breakfast buffet was mediocre and the room was somewhat outdated.
