If you are looking for somewhere that embodies the finer things in life, this is not a place for you. It is basically an old motel that Wyndham has taken over. The elevator is cramped, the carpet is old and the decor is minimal. But having said that, this place is totally adequate. The staff are friendly, the mattresses are firm, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is much nicer than I expected. It is not shiny and new, but I paid maybe half of what I would have paid anywhere else, so I am not complaining!

No phone in the room- you cannot communicate with front desk you have to wear and go to front desk) No hot water (broken only cold water works ) you cannot take shower! Building is old and needs maintance asap

The hotel is supposed to be smoke-free but all the hallways stank and burned my nose like cigarette smoke. I didn’t smell it in the room but my friends who are more sensitive to smoke said they did. Wifi was very slow and intermittently stopped. Internet wires hanging from the hall ceilings. Huge crack down the wall in my shower. Food during free breakfast was HORRIBLE. I’ve stayed at Wyndham hotels before and they were ok. But not this one.
Torn shower curtain, peeling wall paper, dirty and stained hallway carpets, poor lighting, and mice in the room.. yes mice..
The property was conveniently located on our way home.
The toilet backed up when we arrived and when we left, the phone in the room didn't work, the maids were rude when asked for a towel they said we don't have towels go to the front desk. I went to the front desk only to be sent back to a maid that refused to speak to me. The photos online didn't match where we were placed. There were no towels at the poo area, there was trash and dirty socks left out by the pool area, out do no disturb tag was dirty it had something stick slipped all over it. The elevator is too small. There was a huge stain in the front of our door to our room. Then the oIder lady at the desk who claimed to be one of the managers she just wanted to be nosy because after we explained things to her she just laughed in our face I will never book at the Wyndham Garden ever again this was last minute since we had a family member pass away but it the first and last time.
Noisy all night. It sounded like people who stayed by our room were having a party. So much noise all night. Doors paper thin you can hear everything. Couldn’t sleep all night.
Hotel itself was decent, but the people that were checked in were very loud and disrespectful as I can hear them through the wall. First room I checked into smelled completely like weed so I asked to be relocated, which they did. My key for some reason was deactivated the next day which was so annoying because I came back late at night and has to walk all the way back to the lobby to get it reactivated. Rooms are not connected within the hotel lobby so you have to go back outside to access your room which was a bit of an issue considering it was snowing and raining during my stay. Grab and go Breakfast was provided.

All the staff I interacted with were nice, friendly, and willing to help me. The breakfast was great. The location is kind of hidden. You can miss it if not very careful.
