rooms were clean and good size. i stayed with my son , who studies near by

Nice location near college town. Facility is clean and big enough.

Within walking distance of Exfinity Center. Needed a light bulb replaced and was done while we were out for the day.

The room was new looking and clean. Tried to get a room there for this weekend but was full.

looks everything not bad,, especially the clearness of the room and the space of the room. recommend it.

The lobby has a rather cheap feel, and there was no one to be found when I arrived, and then the greeting was nonchalant at best. But despite that disappointing start, I could actually recommend the place! The room was quite nice, nicer than I expected, living up to the Best Western "Plus" moniker. Renovated, nice shower and clean bathroom, good air conditioning that was easy to control, big TV, microwave AND fridge in the room, everything worked including coffee maker and nice lighting and desk, solid Wifi, really no complaints. The breakfast had eggs and sausage and breads and yogurts and pancakes - not merely continental - but the tiny dining area was so packed I had to carry my plate back to my room to get a table! So they need more space at times, but that shows how popular the breakfast is! I would (and will) go back -- it is walking distance to the University of Maryland where my daughter attends.

Hotel was clean and had all needed accommodations. Only problem is parking. There are not enough spaces for the size of hotel with no surrounding parking and UMD is very quick to give tickets.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice.Business center (computer/printer) access was a plus. Hot complimentary breakfast saved time/$ The hotel posted a quiet time of 10:00, well precisely at 10:00 each night (5 nights) the customers staying in the room directly above came in thumping quite loudly for a long time. Air conditioning in room never quite got the room cool enough. set for 65, never got below 73 and when it's 99 outside, you want to feel cooled off.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Nice free breakfast. The neighborhood felt safe. Food within walking distance.

If you were on the street side which I was the traffic could be a problem going to sleep. My only other complaint The eggs at breakfast were tasteless, maybe powered eggs? I didn't ask.

Rooms are clean, large. We really like this hotel and will come back next time.

Comfy beds, new and clean. The shower temperature randomly changed throughout my shower, that wasn't fun. Didn't stay long but it seems like a good choice for the area. Breakfast was as you'd expect (some "hot" foods, pancakes, pastries, cereal, toasters).

Great pillows!!! Room clean direct TV nice feature

This a good location for any one visiting UM on a budget. The hotel includes complemental breakfast. Staff was also very nice with information. Room condition is is good for what you are paying for.

Great location, near National Archives II and University of Maryland, easy to reach from the interstate. Baltimore Ave traffic is terrible during rush hours. The hotel staff recommended great choices in restaurants.

This hotel is great if your on a budget. The location was ok and the DIRECTV in the room was awesome. The only negative is that the breakfast was bad.

I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Very clean, quiet and less than a half mile from the church and reception. Staff was very helpful.

Seems like a newly renovated hotel. The room was spacious with all the amenities. Full breakfast included. Just few minutes from UMD college Park.

For one of the many hotels lining Baltimore Ave/Route 1 in College Park, the Best Western is nicer than you might expect. I was prepared for your standard road-side hotel, but the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, the hotel itself was clean and attractive, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Great location close to umd. Breakfast was better than expected. Spacious clean room.
