I had a reservation when I got to the hotel all the reservations was canceled everybody was so upset we have to make another reservation. To another hotel near by with my kids in the middle of the night driven for many hours to get here we just want to sleep ,very frustrating
The price point was good, so I’ll stay again just for that… however the property is dated. It definitely needs upgrades. My room out of the three they had me in (my jacuzzi tub stopper wasn’t working) was the best and most upgraded out of the three but still was dated. It’s right off the highway. Walking distance from Starbucks, gas station, shopping (grocery and Best Buy)
staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good.
Very convenient for the events I was attending in Washington, DC.

Location was great for our needs. The rooms had noisy A/C and there was no cleaning or bathroom replenishment during our 2-night stay.
The staff was Black and made the check-in process very smooth. I commend Hampton Inn for this.
We checked in and our room had not been cleaned. We immediately went to the front desk. We were given a new room. The facility is very clean. It is having renovations and the pool was not available.
The staff are extremely nice and professional , breakfast was good / best smoothies 👌
Upon arrival, I pulled back the comforter to find several black hairs in our bed. I called the front desk and housekeeping came in, and lint rolled the bed to remove the hair. Obviously, this was unsatisfactory since it was not our hair...which she may not have known. When asked to please change the sheets, she immediately did so.
