Staff was fine and polite, but the room was gross. There was food on the counters and the bathroom sink wasn’t cleaned. We also didn’t get pillowcases and the blanket on the bed was badly stained.

If you're traveling for business or pleasure, this is not the place for you! We checked out after 1 night. It's more like low-income housing than a hotel. As soon as we walked through the doors from the lobby to the rooms all you could smell was pot. The furniture and floors in the room were beat up, and there was 2 flat pillows and a thin blanket on the bed. When we asked for extras we were told that was not allowed. There were random people hanging out in the lobby at all hours. The only shining stars from the visit were the 2 employees that we had interactions with, Jakiya L. in the evening and Mikayla the next morning were very sweet, lovely people! They were very polite and apologetic about our concerns.

Staff were fine. $50 to check in an hour early for a room that was ready is absurd. We got to "check" the room before being charged-it's...a room. The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the stadium, that's about it.

My room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4p…ok, no problem. We went out and came back at 6p…still not ready. By 6:30p we are still standing outside the room as it’s still not clean. Someone else arrives chatting it up with whoever is cleaning the room (you couldn’t tell if someone was a guest or actually worked there as everyone was in hoodies & sweatpants…) I went down to talk with the manager about getting a different room…only to be told that they are giving me a refund ad I can go somewhere else!!! (I don’t have enough characters to get into detail…) I recommend that you completely stop doing business with this location as nobody should have to deal with this sort of establishment.

The room had a weird smell but that wasn’t the problem. I woke up at 3am to ROACHES!!!!! I killed at least 6, from the bathroom, kitchen area and in the “closet”. There is no reason I should have to deal with that.
