We were in town for an event & appreciated Mary's professionalism. Good meal at the Vue. Upon arrival, we found out there is no more coffee/tea in lobby & Vue was only option for dining. Pleasantly surprised by hot water for all showers.

unanounced Rooftop HOUSE PARTY till 4am above our side of the Building. We got this $400 ROOM $66 overnight parking. Fell asleep at 4:30am ish, missed b’fast and our entire purpose for this booking was a big MISS. So sad, first time in DC with my 16 year old son who just woke up at 11:40am…. Just a complete sad turn of events. Rooftop view is good but we are so upset!!!

Great location! Right next to the White House and National Mall. Clean hotel, great service. It was my birthday so they gave me a surprise bottle of wine in my room. Cons: 1) elevators are small and slow (this is an old hotel that’s been remodeled but the elevators are original I think) and 2) the wait to get a seat or order take out at the hotel restaurant is long and I was not immediately greeted by a host. Ultimately, I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

For $700 a night, we got a small room facing an interior courtyard. In the bathroom, no robes and one (!) plastic glass wrapped in plastic. Holiday Inn at least gives you two glasses! Location is great, so stay at the Willard instead!

Great location, could use some upkeep…
Coffee machine was not in good working order, toilet paper holder was broken, one of the beds had a mattress that was completely broken down on one side. Service in the bar in the lobby was crap. Also the elevators are jam packed all the time which is annoying.
