This Hampton Inn changed me $180.66 on incidentals. Front desk keeps blaming it on their computer. So far I have contacted twice to clear up this matter. So frustrating and lack of customer still’s!!!

The hotel lobby is clean and presentable. The gentleman at check-in was attentive. The room was clean but it could use some minor repairs. i did notice that the wall baseboard had some type of spilled .. something. The AC unit needed framing and the carpet was frayed at the floor transistion with cracked tile. Thankfully yhe toom did noy smell musty as is rge case with most mid-grade hotels. Overall I was fine with the experience and already booked again for work travel.

Don’t clean your room during your stay

I would have liked more fresh fruit options for breakfast, but what I was most annoyed with is the fact that I asked for maid service on the third day (when they hadn’t come at all the day before) and all they did was take out trash and give us more towels but NEVER actually cleaned the room & bathroom and didn’t touch the bed sheets. We were there 4 days and with a family you expect your room to be cleaned everyday.

Staff was lethargic , I repeatedly requested for the cleaning lady to provide me a second garbage can for our room. My request was ignored. The parking lot is shared with a car dealer next door. Very limited parking with vehicles strewn all over the lot. Staff need a class on politeness and customer service. You can tell they’re there only for a pay check. I’ll select another hotel in that area in the future.
