The room renovation felt kind of cheap. The bathroom sink could not hold water, the floor was not level and felt like it wasn't fully secured to the subflooring, and the fridge in my room didn't seem to stay cold

The building was outdated and needs some touch ups however my room was amazing, always clean with fresh linens with a great view of the Marina, the bed was so so comfy! The staff especially the front desk morning girl and the evening guy ( sat-thur). So delightful, kind, and lovely. Thank you for a wonderful week!!

We were pleasantly surprised as to how well-kept this property was. Check-in was quick and the desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Be aware, however, that if you are staying with your pet, there is a $50 a night fee. Our cat was only briefly out of her kennel in the room, and there was no "incidents". So we felt that the deposit for those two nights (for our cat) that she stayed should have been refundable. But even so, the room was very nice and we did enjoy our stay very much. Being on the ground floor was super convenient, and parking was great. There were many good restaurants around the area, too. Would we stay there again? That would be a definite YES. :-)

The check in process was amazing! We've had the same guy check us in several times and he's always amazing! The room was great. The issues we encountered was first the room next to us had what sounded like a dj party going on. The music was so loud it made the wall rattle. Finally around 9 pm the music was off. Next issue was while getting ready to leave I went to grab a drink and snack from the continental breakfast that's included and there's a lady in a chair next to the counter on a very loud FaceTime call and she's not polite at all. Next thing I know I had a small takeout bag from my dinner the night before and I grabbed a bottle of juice, a waffle for me and a donut and apple for my husband and she starts yelling "NoNoNo! I was confused since I had no clue who she was or if she was yelling at the on going call she was on??? No it was at me to tell me I can't put the items I had in my bag. I said ok I can carry them! She was ridiculous! I could see if I had a bag and was trying to fill it up with these &2 items but it's not the case. I don't know why they would put a loud rude person in the position she is in but I will make sure to stay at the Hilton next time. I know I won't get treated poorly there. Sad part is my husband and I started to like this for our weekly 1 night escape from the kids. Do better and treat people like paying customers not like we are in a buffet line in a bad area!
