Clean but dated

Facility is clean but dated and in need of some refurbishing. Staff was polite. Room was comfortable, spacious but tv was not working well (remote might need new batteries) and room had plaster on walls that had not been sanded or painted.

The front desk staff was very pleasant but the room was filthy. When I asked to be put in another room none were available. DO NOT STAY HERE!! It is a part shelter and hotel.

Two and a half stars

The room had lower quality furnishings. Metal bed frame. Lights, chairs, and dressers were well worn. The bathroom was small. Door had to be closed to enter shower. The cleanliness was ok. The laundry room was absolutely disgusting.

The room was not in good shape. No chair to sit in. Needs total update. Bathroom had stains in tub. Couple in next room were physically fighting. A really bad experience.

Good room but poor air quality unless window openn

The room did not have a ERV like most hotels have nowadays so the CO2 exceeded 800ppm while sleeping with 1 person in the room. Opening the window of course fixes that but could be an issue when cold outside. Fixing the distorted TV was accomplished from the side buttons for proper zoom aspect ratio since the remote was incompatible with ratio settings. Best regards Mark

The stairs and up stairs landing could use a good cleaning. They are renovating which is great and they keep all that mess contained to the area which is excellent plus no noise from it at all. The staff there is excellent they are all so helpful and courteous.
