Good overnight stay. Everything was clean. Pool was not freezing. Breakfast was more than sufficient
Nice room, great breakfast, friendly staff.
Loved the b eakfast bar and especially the coffee EVERY morning! Great way to start a full day. I was dissatisfied with being booked to a handicap room- funky shower, doors swinging out, no division of areas as pictured on the booking page which would have given us a “chill” spot with coffee table and studio sofa.
We loved it
The property was good. We were disappointed that breakfast was not served on time. We wanted to get on the road early and were told breakfast would be ready at 6 am. We waited until 6:15 and it was still not being served. We decided to leave without eating.
Rooms are very nice, tv was huge, beds were comfy, staff was nice and breakfast was included. Very happy with our stay
I stayed up at the hotel overnight due to a prediction of snow and ice. Since I had an early morning medical appointment, I wanted to make sure I got there on time. The hotel room was clean and the hotel was very quiet which was exactly what I wanted. The hotel is conveniently located off of the Interstate and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. It appeared to have a good full breakfast, although I couldn't enjoy it due to the medical appointment, but the breakfast area was well stocked. I would recommend this hotel o anyone staying in the Washington DC area.
This hotel is new. So all the facilities and amenities are new. The room is on the small side, but big enough if you only need to sleep there. If you plan to use it as an office as well, it would be too small.
the place was nice, clean, room was comfortable. My mother is 80 yrs old and found the toilet was too low to the floor, she had a hard time getting off the toilet every time she went to the bathroom. Use higher off the floor toilets 17 or 18 inches. the pool was unfortunately still closed due to covid. the free breakfast was disappointing. nothing hot, they only had cereal, muffins, coffee, tea, oranges, very cold boiled eggs.
My overall experience was very pleasing!
My husband has Parkinson's Disease, so when I booked the room, I asked for a handicap room. Well, when we arrived, the room was on the 4th floor, so we had to get him in and out of the elevator. Then there were no handicap bars in the bathroom. My daughter and I both had to get him up off the toilet because there was nowhere for him to grab. There were no bars in the walk in shower either. But, on a positive note, there was a walk in shower. When I checked out, I complained, so the front desk representative gave us the room for free. But I'm learning very fast that there is no standardization when a hotel says "handicapped accessible."
The property was close to shopping, restaurants, and my friends house. Did not understand their thermometer and should have been told how to get the room warmer when I checked in. Only one light worked in our bathroom and the other light had no switch? Liked the security lock on the door and the bed and room were clean and comfortable.
King mattress was over the hill. All else was fine, but mattress has to be key.

Thank you for your review. Please know, that you booked the handicap room yourself. Next time, book the King Studio; this room has a pullout sofa and a siting area as shown in the picture.
