I couldn’t believe how wonderful the accommodations were for the price. A kitchen, living room with a couch, very spacious in general—I was very happy! Very clean too! And a great breakfast! Wow!
I loved the room, how the suite layout was. Very clean and comfortable. My new favorite spot.
Rooms were very spacious, clean and updated. Sheets were uncomfortable. The thread count was very low, and I felt itchy when I slept. Tub could have been cleaner, but otherwise everything else was very clean.
Ac problems it was to Warm when I arrived an temperature will no drop Under 68

Everything and Everyone was Very Nice. The lobby is Really Beautiful. The Young Lady who checked me in was Very Professional. Arriving to my room I opened the door came in and felt right at home. The Room was really Beautiful and cleaned well. Whenever I come back to Gaithersburg this will be my one and only place to stay.
Charged for smoking in room with no proof. I stayed overnight. Maybe 12 hours and was charged $250 for smoking claims.
The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was very clean as well. The property itself is centrally located to restaurants and shopping.
Great hotel, but if you're traveling with kids in the warmer months, please note that at this writing the pool (outdoor) is not open during the day (5 pm on weekdays). Apparently there is a county law requiring a lifeguard (which was nice because you can rest your eyes for a minute while the kids swim!) We loved this hotel:-)
The hotel was easy to find. The hot breakfast was ok. Staff kept the breakfast area clean. The rooms consist of utensils , pots and pans, dishes, dish detergent and dish washer liquid. The cleaning crew was friendly. Staff was very helpful in answering questions.

Quiet and spacious room Bottled water would be appreciated
the hotel was very clean, room was spacious and had everything we need. However I regret the didn't have a regular shuttle to the DC / Capital area. We did a lot of driving and the hotel was helpful with placess to eat and directions.
Location was ideal for the occasion. Staff was very accommodating. Room was spacious and very clean. Pool and outdoor lounging very inviting. Would recommend.

Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback. I would be interested to know if this was reported to maintenance so we could have looked into over riding the unit for the temperature. I apologize that the room was not as cool as you would have liked it to be.
