Only complaint is if you allow dogs have a specific spot for the dogs to go to the potty with bags handy.

Mom and Dad from New York State met our son who flew into the area from Bangkok on business. We appreciated the variety of foods at the breakfast buffet, the delicious coffee and, especially, the friendly, helpful personnel at the front desk.The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and movie theaters with easy access to the expressway.. The room was clean and well equipped.
Nice, quiet stay. Staff friendly and helpful at front desk. Nice area with nearby stores and restaurants. Great breakfast. Only problem-may need to ask for certain items passed over in room-dishwasher soap, salt/pepper which didn't really inconvenience us.
For our purpose of visiting family, excellent location for an affordable price, with included amenities for longer stays.
I had an emergency in my family and we had to cancel our trip from NYC to MD. I called two days before my arrival date to cancel and the clerk I spoke with was not exactly sure how to properly credit my VISA card. It took three calls to the hotel and two calls to VISA until I was able to get a cancellation number. The hotel seems very nice online and I would consider staying there the next time I am in the area.
