To much money for the dirty place

Horrible customer service

The room was not cleaned for our entire stay only 1 towel for 4 days. Rude check in attendent.tried to cancel last night but was told thT it was not allowed to change the reservation. Ended up leaving anyway on last night because of no maid service or clean towels. This was suppose to be a premium room cant imagine what an average room would be like.

Tim, the desk person, was very friendly and courteous, dealing with several people patiently. I really appreciated the call from him after checking into my room, to make sure I had everything I needed.

Everything was fine

The towels were fluffy and clean. The bed was basic but acceptable. The room and the bathroom were clean. The toilet re-filled slowly, but it flushed. There is a busy road out in front of the facility, but it wasn't terribly loud in my room. The tv worked well with an excellent variety of channels. The battery was missing from the alarm clock, so it flashed all night (I covered it with a hat). The location worked well for me.

Found dirty women's underwear in the bathroom, bathroom had a very bad odor.

The place was clean and staff friendly. Good bargain.

Hair dryer was broken, telephone was disconnected, people fighting outside my room at 1:00-2:00am, staff are nice.

Check in was amazing. Check out was a breeze. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Other than the old smoke smell, the place has comfortable bed, is clean, TV, friendly and accomodating staff.

The property had great staff! They were very busy on phone with customer, another in line waiting and myself. Their were two gentlemen working as quickly and professional as I have ever seen. The entire time they smiled and were pleasant. They had great attitudes!! Loved the location and property.

Good afternoon Mr. Woodrow, Thank you very much for your feedback; Housekeeping service is limited only service rooms on Monday and Thursdays, but our front desk is open 24 hours if any needs of towels or supply. Please accept my apologies for the issues. Unfortunately, third party reservations are not refundable, or we are not able to make any changes. Once again please accept my apologies.
