Dirty fridge with leftover food, dirty coffee makers, used bed sheet, dusty room and bathroom- was it all worth for $600/night suite? Very unprofessional staff, none greeted properly, no courtesy, there were a bunch of interns and trainees from other countries who were just walking around with nervous face- thats the problem of Hyatt. When you pay maximum price for the room, you expect the best service and everything was terrible. Oh, no microwave? And they charge $25/night for that; the other room had two queen beds and the mattress slide - what kind of bed they have? This was my second time but will never go back to this place to waste my money.

View and amenities. Bay view, beautiful room, services

Excellent food, beautiful views, the kids play room was disgusting. There is also no kids pool or toddler swim area. This is MUCH needed. The rooms are nice. Golf course was overrated...just the 1st and 18th hole are well manicured, the rest could use some help. Great gym

Just stayed for the weekend. Nice, peaceful location on Chesapeake Bay. Not much else around but lots of facilities on site for all ages including water sports and golf. Nice pools. Good food and excellent service. Alcoholic drinks are somewhat expensive. Very enjoyable.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay. We live less than an hour away and wanted a quick Valentine's getaway for my husband and I. From the moment we arrived until we check out, everything was great and everyone we encountered was polite and friendly. The bar has a delicious Strawberry Mojito I'd highly recommend and our dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious. Our room was clean, updated, and lovely. We checked out all the family friendly amenities while we were there, and want to go back with our kids for a family getaway close to home.

Only change would be to have larger trash cans in the rooms. Thanks for listening to the requests for queen sized beds. Thanks

Very nice peaceful and quiet hotel with gorgeous view of river.

staff was very friendly. Room was very comfortable, updated. view was terrific. we eat on the restaurant by the pool, food was ok. pool outside was nice, they have half x adults only and half x family and kids. the inside pool is ok, they have movie nights. the outsude pool with the slide is x small kids. water aerobics was awesome. i didnt like the fact the basketball court was a little far from the pool, you can not swim on the beach area, so practically you have only pools to swim. they have kayak, paddle boat rentals(price $$).

Large room, great view. Spa was wonderful but we were not told in advance that tip was automatically added to the bill.

This hotel was PACKED and Understaffed. I believe he poor area is raided by locals looking for a place to crash for the day. Kids are Everywhere. This place needs to make one pool (entire pool) Adults only. I'd never go back

Great Maryland get away for families or adults. Nice pool with waiter service, good breakfast, nice room.

Exceeded our expectations! As newlyweds having just been married we needed a few days to unwind. The Hyatt Chesapeake was just the place. There was plenty to do yet the resort was quiet and peaceful. The food and drinks were delicious and the room and view were just perfect. We will be back!

A little pricey but a consistently great experience and a beautiful property

weather was bad when we took a family trip, but service and staff were outstanding. If you were to come during the summer it is a ton to do - outside and inside. ventured into near-by town for dinner - not much of a choice and food was not very good. Resort is outstanding, but surrounding area is depressed and nothing to really do outside of the resort. Food we had in resort was really good (aside for pool side food). Had dinner in main resort dinning hall (forgot name), had seafood special and son had aged ribeye - one of best meals and service I have ever had.

The Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay is a great hotel. I will stay here again.
