The room was very large and nicely furnished
Seemed to be clean and property well maintained.
The facility was overall fairly nice, newer and convenient right off of Rt 50. However, the whole place was filthy, to the point that we would not ever stay there and likely never a Comfort Inn again. This was both all of the common areas as well as the room. We had to give our two year old a bath after an accident and felt guilty about having to put him in the tub. We brought this to the staff's attention and they apologize and said they would try better. For perspective we travel a lot to all kinds of hotels and are also are a family that also likes to tent camp so dirt and bugs do not bother us; When paying $170 a night for a hotel during a pandemic, I expect much more. Mgt/cooperate needs to address this, it is not good for the Choice brand.
Nicely renovated and decorated. Excellent breakfast area well stocked, excellent waffles.
I was traveling with my 8 month old son for the first time to visit family in the area. I chose Comfort because of the pool since he loves swimming. This is the 2nd time I have stayed there over the last few years. Both times the pool has been closed. This time I was notified at check-in that the pool would be closed since it hadn't been "certified to open" due to covid. There is no daily cleaning of the rooms due to covid as well, and no breakfast buffet. In the end, I extended my stay in Cambridge but I changed to a hotel down the road with an indoor pool that was open and had a self-serve (buffet style) breakfast open as well. I won't be staying here again.
I really liked that we felt safe and the staff was really nice!
Our stay was uneventful mostly due to the virus. The staff was as attentive as they could be.
Too expensive for what what we received. No cookies--cold coffee at night. Staff VERY pleasant.
Staff was very accommodating with a special request.
Staff was friendly and competent, the room exceeded expectations in both size and amenities, and the property was attractive and well maintained. We also enjoyed the breakfast offerings.
No effort by hotel staff to communicate with us at all.
The staff were very friendly and the hotel was warm and clean. The staff made everone feel welcome. Would book a room again.
Comfortable, breakfast good, room good, cleanliness good, staff helpful, price OK. Swimming pool not working..guess there were not enough guest to operate it??
Microwave didn't work in room, everything else was fine for overnight business trip
We were born and raised in Cambridge and it was nice to be back. Cambridge deserves nice accommodations and Comfort Inn fills that need without over pricing it self. It offered comfortable beds, and choices of pillows for your specific need. The pool looked inviting and also the workout room. We really enjoyed the choices they had for their hospitality breakfast. The only thing I would suggest is if you do not want the highway noise is to stay in the back. Plan to stay and check out the area.
Unfortunately, a perfectly nice room, with a comfortable bed, and a lovely breakfast was marred by the guests in the next room who for some reason were up all night talking at an unusually loud level, almost seemed to be on something to give them such pep all night long?? Except for that this is a decent place to spend a night and was a great value--clean, comfy, and good breakfast.
Staff at the comfort inn was VERY friendly and kind!
Some "problem" with early checkin but quickly accommodated. Enjoyed facilities and included breakfast. Personnel very accommodating and respectful. Would stay there again .
