We have stayed at this property many times, but they have gotten greedy. The cost for the SAME room from a year ago more than DOUBLED. The room wasn't properly stocked. The bathroom floor in the corners had not been cleaned. The price for 2 bottles of Corona beer was $11.99. We won't be going back. We paid $603 for 2 nights. The Hilton this isn't. They are expanding and guess who is paying for the addition.

The room was perfect for our girl get away! The beds were comfy- fun colors in the room, and there were even 2 chairs and a room with a view! We got an amazing free breakfast that we got to choose from their restaurant and we got it to go and ate outside. The only negative is that there was zero access to the beach! We kept seeing a little beach from our window but even though it is on the bay, there is no beach. Loved our stay overall.

This resort is in a very good location. They could update the hotel rooms as they are outdated. The food was horrible.

The girls at the desk were great. The only bad part of the stay was the woman in charge of breakfast in the morning. She was just downright rude to everyone. Never a smile, always a frown and very very short with some of the guests. She really made it so you really didn't want to have breakfast there. Other than that the resort was fabulous.

I like the cleanliness. Customer service is not efficient

Smoky, ill-kept, and loud. Fire alarms went off repeatedly early Sunday morning as guests were smoking in their rooms. Not worth the price.

This is our third visit to this hotel and we've enjoyed each stay. They have a little complimentary breakfast during the week that is enough to get you going, boiled eggs, sausage as well as the usual cereal and yogurt. Try to get a room on a higher floor overlooking the entertainment area and the water. We didn't feel we even needed the balcony, the view was nice enough. Room was nice and clean, with plenty of space. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, free parking.

We stayed in a room with two double beds. The Hotel was very nice but the restaurant (rod n reel) had a terrible dinner. Would of rather eaten Fast food. The bed was not comfortable the shower pressure was great and the water got very hot and the hotel atmosphere was very nice and the view from our room was very beautiful. Would recommend for a nice romantic weekend but go to another restaurant other than the one associated with the hotel. The bar was ok tap beer was nice and cold and prices were fair but the service at the rod n reel was not great my fish was over cooked and chewy and my macaroni and cheese side was cold and had to be sent back, after being sent back it was replaced and I was told that they just made a new batch ( which means I had gotten the end of the old batch) very disappointed this restaurant should definitely not have 4 stars.

I've stayed a lot of places and this one is slightly better than average. There are many dining options either on the premises or very close by. I recommend Traders bar. Plan on finding something for breakfast because the "continental" breakfast is pathetic if stocked at all. There is a stage for live performances at the outdoor bar on the resort that was active 2 nights out of the 5 we stayed. Parking was a little walk from the hotel. They offer valet but I did not take advantage. The town is neat, and offers nice views of the harbors, boats, and a couple of beaches. Water park near by is fun but pricey.

It was ok. Room wasn't dirty but was definetly dated. AC made the room smell musty. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, checking in & out was quick. The only disappointing thing was the room I saw on line & thought was booked was not the same. Still satisfied. Also way too hot out did not get to enjoy the beach & Café & music venue was cancelled.

As for the cost of the room many factors come into play for example the demand for this property on weekends it very demanding with our weekends selling out each month since mid- February.
