Perfect Chesapeake Bay getaway for our family of five. Two blocks off the North Beach boardwalk — walking distance to Neptune’s, Hook & Vine, Chesapeake’s Bounty, and the whole Bay Ave stretch. Clean, well-appointed cottage with a fully stocked kitchen and a propane Weber grill that got a serious workout. David was a fantastic host — seamless check-in, spotless on arrival, quick to respond. We cooked a black-tie crab feast right in the kitchen and used Wit’s End as home base for crabbing out of Deale and visiting family. Already planning to come back next summer. Highly recommend.— Bill D.

Great location, great stay

Wonderful weekend with friends and family, plenty to do in Chesapeake Beach and really beautiful views from the home. The property is in an excellent location, and parking was easy although I imagine it might get tough for more than one car to find close parking during the summer months. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. (Many are literally steps away) The home has everything you need, and the couches were really comfortable! Overall the property could probably use a little TLC. Nothing that would prevent you from having a clean, comfortable stay, but worth noting. We would stay again, even with the minor things that might benefit from some fixing up.
