I liked the car charging, even though staff had no idea where fob was to turn it on. Hallway carpet was filthy, no breakfast, mold in bathroom and vents, bugs in ac unit, didn’t service room everyday, smoke alarm went off as it was old in the room. Took 20 minutes to get them to service it while it blasted while I was dressing. Dated, beds and pillows mediocre. Spent 840 for 4 nights. No microwave. Room small. Little storage.Had bites on my back, but didn’t see bed bugs so can’t prove it. Always a different person at desk and none were friendly. I asked for a receipt and got rolled eyes at me, with huffing and puffing and a long wait. It was one of the most overpriced, poorly staffed, lackluster places I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel guide a bit. Avoid!!!!!

Nothing was outstanding, only ok. The air conditioner/heater was very noisy and cycled on like every two minutes. The toilet or the one in the room adjoining, refilled every ten minutes or so. The symphony was not good. Wi-fi was fast. Breakfast offerings were the same each day. Best thing was the yougurt, or if you like waffles. Place could use a little sprucing up. The coffee could be stronger, the microwave was not intuitive.

Well-kept property close to Interstate and amenities (gas, food, pharmacy, etc.) without traffic and congestion on main road. Go early for complementary breakfast as seating area fills up, especially on weekends.

The room was freezing when we checked u . It took a little while to warm up once we put the geat on. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pillows were horrible.

No comment. I know they renovated the property in the rooms a few years ago. Kitchen could use a redo.

We've stayed here a number of times and would return any time we're needing a hotel in the area. Beds are very comfortable. Free continental breakfast. Staff is very friendly.

Much more than expected, the room was clean and bathroom as well. everything was in order. the location is very convenient, there are restaurants, gas stations, supermarket within less than 5 miles.

Easy 15 minute drive to Mystic. Simple hotel but met our needs. Very comfortable beds too.

King suite was big and comfortable Good place for a night or two
