It was a nightmare from the moment we checked in. There was three people at the desk but there was a never ending line to check in. Then we get to our room and the keys don’t work so I have to go back down and stand in that line again! Go back up and one key still doesn’t work but we finally get in with the other one and there is no bedding or pillows on our bed, no towels! So I had to go stand back in line and they tell me I have to wait that house keeping will be coming around! They finally come around and make our beds and when they leave I noticed they gave us two towels no wash cloths and there was three of us! So we asked the house keeping if we could have a couple more towels and she proceeds to yell at us in Spanish and say “only 2” no more! We ended up just leaving and going to dinner and the casino, when we come back my keys didn’t work again! After finally getting them fixed we go inside our room and my son goes to use the microwave and after it’s done heating up his food he opens it up and there is a cockroach running around inside! So disgusting! We end up finding more through out the room! There was no point in asking for a new room , I’m sure they are in all of them and we were leaving the next day. Again before we left my keys didn’t work to get into the room! I shook all my clothing and emptied all my bags before we left to make sure we weren’t taking any “friends” home with us! There was a couple in bag ugh!

Was told their credit card machine was down and could only take cash. Their ATM in the lobby was down as well. The man up front was extremely unprofessional swearing and complaining. When pickings room for us he kept saying “I wouldn’t even stay in that room!” He finally picks one and we get up stairs and it smells like smoke, brown stains all over the comforters. We were only given two towels and on face cloth. Two rooms down from us there was non stop people coming in and out sometimes even a line outside to get in! Like some drug dealing was going on! We felt extremely unsafe to stay there. We definitely will not be coming back.

Bathroom's hair dryer was dangling from the wall. Two lights burned out. Overall room condition cried out "I need refreshing".

Wouldn’t stay here again unless i lost a bet.

Missing smoke detector floor was sticker and the air conditioner leaked. Got just what I paid for a nights sleep

Excellent place to stay, nice, quiet and clean. Very affordable, will come back again.

Comfy beds and comforters. Beds are small. Attentive staff

This hotel is very easy to get to from the highway. Also, it is reasonably close to the arena at Mohegan. They do allow pets which is nice, however the guests should control their pets from barking early in the AM.
