The property desperately needs to be remodeled, didn’t even stay there after seeing the room and didn’t get my money back Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Location is great, room was very clean, staff friendly, but furnace was noisy at night.

Located in a great area. Cold water didn't work in our bathroom….no shower. At the end of the, we still had a great time with a nice room with a very curious staff.

Close to the subway station. However, the room is really small.

I stayed at the Riverside Tower Hotel for the night of Saturday December 1, 2018 in room 8 on the fourth floor. The room was clean, and comfortable, and the hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is in a nice location, within about a 7 minute walk to several restaurants on nearby Amsterdam avenue, and to the 79th Ave metro station.

Good location. Friendly and helpful stafff. Great price

great hotel!! great value, and right in the upper west side!!! next to riverside park! wonderful value!!

Thought parking was included as advertised, it is free but have to look one for yourself within the area, just road and beside sidewalk parking. The beds are small for a twin as advertised, its single with pull outs. The staff are nice and it is clean.

Staff was excellent. Price was very good. Rooms were very basic and very small, as was TV. Don't expect the Ritz, but good value.

The hotel was very convenient and just perfect for our needs. It was easy to check in and out. Neighborhood is full of restaurants, convenient to subway and walking trails.

I walked in, there were two ladies. Each at a different desk, neither of which wanted to help me. The one lady looked at me standing there then started eat. The other looked at me like I was lost and didn’t greet me. I had to ask to get checked in. I already had reservations, but the process is really hard or disorganized or messy. It took a while. Then I got an actual key, got in the smallest elevator ever. Got to my room, small, no coffee pot, and a paper sign saying to please reuse towels. I thought that the city was just full of rude people, and that’s why the staff was like that. But that’s not true, people are nice just not at the hotel. I checked out which would have been fine except, the two ladies working were arguing with an older couple ar the check in. I did luggage check which was great, but consistened of me bringing my bag in like a supply room and putting it on the floor next to other peoples bags. Not Secure at all. No way for them to actually tell who’s was who’s. When I went to get my bag the Asian guy was at the desk then he got up and went get food and went back to the desk and started eating. After walking past me twice and not saying anything. I asked him if I could get my bag and he looked at me dirty. So I get it finally and asked him for directions to the train station for the Amtrak, he says it’s five minutes away. I get my service dog and all my bags to walk the five minutes. Well that is not where the Amtrak is at all. So I was late for my train

The room was nice but not much bigger than a walk in closet. It had a tiny shower It had an inspiring view of the Hudson River. The price wasn't bad for a last minute reservation for mid-town Manhattan.

The hotel was in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent staff, nice eateries close by. Easy 15 min subway ride to Time Square, subway about 2 blocks away. Rooms are very small and expensive but that's typical for a respectable hotel this close to the center of NYC action.. Only complaint is the bed was extremely hard, and pillows were uncomfortable. After walking for 8 hours and 10 miles, it made for a slightly uncomfortable night.. We're not that picky and would probably stay again if price was less than those closer to Time Square, and just for 1 night. They really should address the rock hard mattresses though.. We only stayed 1 night, Definitely a deterrent for a longer stay, couldn't sleep like that for multiple nights.

Very old, close to the highway, noisy all night. I would never stay there again
