Beautiful hotel with great views of the city. Wonderful staff. Zou Zous restaurant in the hotel is really good. We stayed in the deluxe king and there was ample drawer space to unpack. There are 2 Starbucks steps from the hotel and many outdoor seating areas around the hotel. The 7 train is 1 short block away, and Hudson Yards is across the street. We loved it!

This is a great hotel 2 blocks from Penn Station/Madison Square Garden and Hudson Yards. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was excellent...really friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had such a wonderful stay at Pendry Manhattan West. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—exquisite, tasteful, blissfully quiet, and impeccably clean. Our corner suite was truly impressive, with expansive windows wrapping around the room and offering breathtaking views in multiple directions across Manhattan. The luxurious bath and modern, refined design made it a serene retreat after a full day exploring the city. A special mention goes to Oksana, the director/manager, whose attentiveness and genuine care made us feel so welcomed. She handled everything with such thoughtfulness and professionalism that we left feeling truly valued as guests. Her warmth and dedication left a lasting impression on us. The location couldn’t be more convenient—right outside Penn Station—making travel logistics effortless. From the elegant design to the exceptional service, our experience here was nothing short of perfect, and we will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Oksana and Daniel at the Pendry

What a fantastic experience. Oksana and Daniel made our stay at the Pendry very special. They were fantastically welcoming and couldn't of done more to make us feel at home. They gave us games for the boys to play and even a camera to take old style polaroid photos. It is the only place we are staying on our future trips to NYC!
