NYLO New York City

The rooms were large and spacious for New York. It was easy to get around and the staff were grea

Good location. Rooms are reasonable size though expensive House keeping is average, reasonable choice of restaurants close by Overall nothing great but reasonable satisfying exper9ence

unannounced extra $28 charge for wyfi and "complimentary" drinks neither requested nor desired. Coffee machine did not work, poor response to problem

Loved the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint was lack of storage in the bedroom and bathroom and no instructions for where to get ice (which is too hard to find), any room service offerings, or suggestions of what is nearby. The only thing we found was some information online when we were signing onto the WiFi service. However, once that screen clears, we couldn't figure out how to get back to it. There needs to be a booklet with everything in it.

Loved the location of hotel, great neighborhood and convenient to central park and subway. Room was not great. Was not clean at all. Still had an old chewed on dog toy in the corner. Bathroom was NOT clean, I'd share pictures, but they are disgusting. Coffee bar in room was not properly stocked, only gave me green tea, no coffee and no cups. Called to get coffee (twice) and no one ever showed. Pretty disappointing for almost $400 per night.

I had a great stay at NYLO. Easy in easy out access to the red line.

The hotel is very different than pictures present it: the so-called "industrial look" is just unfinished cement floors and exposed ducts. The bathroom had a strong musty smell; vents were covers with caked-in dust; air conditioning fan was very loud when starting. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are lumpy - no clue what they are filled with?? One could barely see outside the windows covered with dirt (on the outside). During our 3 days there we haven't noticed a doorman. Furthermore, a duct located right above the entrance leaked during our entire stay on top of people coming and leaving. We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready when we checked in, so we went to wait at Serafina restaurant. Since the bellman was MIA ("very busy" as we were told) to store our luggage, we took our bags into the restaurant. Even though the wait staff told us to put our bags by a table in an empty section, the manager came in and started yelling over tables demanding the person whose bags those are to remove them. He wanted to sit at that particular table (even though most the restaurant was empty) to have a conversation with the barmaid. Very poor display of management skills! He could have inquired with the only waiter on duty and we would have nicely moved our bags.

We love the NYLO NY and stay there often. I wish the lobby was quieter, but up the street there is a hotel with a quieter lobby but without the great communal work space,so on balance all good! Beds were so comfortable we all slept late! Charming staff, great hotel!

We booked a King Deluxe but upon arrival was told that the room reserved for is underived renovation so got a free upgrade to a beautiful loft suite with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. This will be our new place for NYC trips.

Nylo is on the Beautiful UWS close to parks and attractions and near transit. A great choice of restaurants and bars and culture.

Nylo always makes you feel at home . The staff is friendly and courteous and always willing to help you with your plans or requests. The beautiful UWS make Nylo easily accessible public transportation or a parking farage right across the street.

Pretty basic accommodations, but fine. The lobby is definitely a busy place; lots of locals seem to hang out there.

Nylo is on the Stylish UWS and convenient to all the attractions. Near some of the best restaurants and shopping available. The Hotel and Staff are Amazing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I had an awesome experience here recently, I was able to check in early and I was offered an upgrade at no additional cost! The staff was super efficient and friendly. I stayed in a loft room with a terrace and an awesome view. I was mostly surprised at how quiet my stay was, it almost seemed like nobody else was in the hotel! The room was spotless and minimal, super comfy bed. I'm definitely going to stay here again!

The hotel was very beautiful. The room was a little smaller then expected but was very clean. I was hoping for a nice view but only saw the wall of the hotel.

I Love Nylo ! I stay here Alot for business. This is the most friendly place and the front desk and lobby personal always make you feel welcome. I will only stay at Nylo and will only recommend Nylo !

Live music, awesome lounge/bar, great service. Roof deck is gorgeous. Definitely work the money and the upper west side has everything you need for shopping and groceries. It was just great.

Nylo was a lovely surprise. Great area. Competent and helpful staff. Minimalist room. Very clean.

if my home were chic and filled with people who gave me information and help with really good attitudes and fabulous style, I would be living at NYLO. The people were very nice, and they helped me with everything I needed help with, from restaurant recommendations to directions to transportation. The room was stylish AND comfortable AND clean. I may very well return to NYLO, whenever I get a chance to go back to NYC. Thank everyone for me if you get there first!

I booked this hotel for my family members, both of them love the location of the hotel. The hotel near the center park. Besides, it's very convince to take metro and try many delicious food. There are two things we don't satisfy. The first is that there is a building under construction near the hotel which made too much noisy. Second, when they first enter the room, they smelled a strange flavor.
