Dirty room,noisy air conditioning very loud we couldn’t sleep, they charged us 45 US dollars for room service when we checked out. They didn’t told us anything about extra payment in the beginning. Very disappointed

Had some issues with the heat not working. Management tried to correct the problem without delay. After the problem was unable to be resolved we were offered another room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
