Really lovely space. I loved the reception area where you could have coffee, catch up on work, relax. I miss having my own coffee pot in my room but this was a pretty alternative. The staff was really lovely and my room was brand new and so quiet.

I liked the room! It was very clean and I think it was newly renovated. There are other businesses in the building, so the first floor lobby can be busy. I felt like staff on the first floor were surprised that I was staying at the hotel. It was kind of awkward.

The only negative is a $45 fee they call a resort fee that “covers” the bottle of water in your room and a travel bottle they give you. Stuff no ie asked for.

We’re family of three with 90years old mom who has her own motorised wheelchair reserved room with double beds for 3 nights. When we arrived the room was ridiculously small! No place for bags. Very hard to walk around the beds. No space for the wheelchair. Very uncomfortable for family! Our requests to move us to the different room was denied. No accommodation for disabled 90 years old lady who is in the wheelchair at all! Very disappointed!

Air conditioning did not work and it took quite a while to get an engineer into the room to help. They were not able to fix it and I had to change rooms at 2am.

Lets start with they have no doorman to help with luggage so you are on your own . Kimpton started in SFO and was well known for accepting and welcoming pets. This hotel was awful did not have bowls or anything related to pets at check in or in room .Now for the elevator system.. OMG !!! What happened to simply up or down. Its a confusing system and they do not takethe time to expalin or show you - yes you are assigned an elevator and confusing to even use. You open the door to the room and there is your shoebox. Small even for NYC . You can not have a big suit case ,City view FALSE - next building over with no view except their windows looking directy in your room. Let us not forget the fire alarm test at 7 am with the loud man coming over the speaker in each room - The alarm continues to go off every 10 minutes for several hours. NO way of getting any rest or sleep . Staff is not super friendly or out going in anyway. Bill Kimton would shutter if he saw this hotel . Best advise never stay here . Location is the only plus .
