"We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM and requested an early check‑in. Despite this, we received no communication or updates from the hotel, and the standard 4:00 PM check‑in time passed without any notice. When I followed up at the front desk, I was told the room was still being cleaned. By 5:00 PM—eight hours after our arrival—we still had no information. The second front desk agent I spoke with was unable to provide any meaningful assistance. This left us no choice but to escalate the matter to the manager.
