Strong smell in hallways (cleaning products). Wallpaper is peeling. Could use reno. Great location for events at Lincoln Center. Lobby and entrance get crowded and lines can be long to check in. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

No coffee maker in the room or even in the lobby, which was a bummer. Shower didnt work, only the wand. Heater was broke so I froze for two days before it got fixed. Due to my flight being cancelled and purchasing a package. I missed my first 2 nights paid for at the hotel and could not get refund. Had to pay for 2 extra rooms as separate booking on my own. So basically 3 bookings I had to pay the deposit 3 times totalling almost $550, only getting $450 back (hopefully). Lost the money for all my flight seat selections. I had to change flight tickets 3 times, which was 6 seat sections totalling near $200 which i could not get back through American. I lready spent $1500 on the package thinking it was a good deal. HEMORRHAGING money on this trip Due to zero fault of my own. Will never ever ever puchase throufh Orbitz again. The location was great though and the staff was really nice. Just wouldnt recomment multiple nights as its not the most comfortable room.

The staff was amazing. Everything very clean. The thermostat didn’t work and the room stayed at 74° which was hot and sweaty for us. The bathroom is very small. The door opens into the toilet.The paint was pealing off of the back of the bathroom door. The lighting in the room was very dim to get ready and the bathroom vanity was very small.
