Club Quarters Hotel, Midtown

Recent guest reviews

Very small rooms but ok since we didn’t spend much time it there. Great location, close to everything.

Staff were very accommodating, usual size of New York City hotel room. The location was very convenient to midtown activities. One minus is that the 2 rooms we were given,as we requested a change of room after the first night, as the first room on the third floor was right above kitchen and you heard the fan running all night. The second room higher up was less noisy but still heard the fan. Accommations were clean, reasonably up to date.

Front desk staff very professional & helpful. This hotel is targeted towards the business traveler, so some high-end amenities one might find elsewhere in NYC are scaled back. Room was small but clean and cozy. No view, but having once lived here, I didn't expect it. I found the location perfectly located near Grand Central, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, and a brisk walk to Central Park. Hotel restaurant was very basic; I found the waiter polite but perfunctory. Hotel lounge had nice offerings of munchies, soda & coffee. Much appreciated when insomnia hit late one evening.

The photos are misleading. Bed pushed against wall. Desperate need for renovation. No headboard. Clean but run down. Staff was wonderful, location is great.

Easy walking distance to Times Square and subways to go uptown or downtown. Only a pair of really slow and small elevators. Rooms are definitely on the tiny side, just enough for carryon luggage for two. The bed, pillows, and bedding were comfy and the bathroom clean. Larger folks may have a hard time being comfortable on the toilet though due to limited width in the bathroom. There's a hotel information card you should review to know that extra pillows and water is available on certain floors. I think all floors had an amenities closet that included an ironing boarding, iron, mending kit, and shower cap. Ice machine is in the basement where the ice buckets are located.

This hotel was in a great location. The room was small, but it is NYC. Clean, friendly and even when I accidentally left the Do Not Disturb on the door, the maid asked me in the hall if I needed anything. Very friendly staff. I was greeted by the Desk Clerk every time I entered the hotel. Clean rooms and this is the only hotel I've stayed in in NYC that had something FREE for breakfast, granted it was granola bars and fruit, but it was FREE.

In the heart of it all. Great helpful staff and would stay again.

It's perfect location to go anywhere in mid town. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Hotel room and bed were comfortable! What makes this hotel is the location, so near everything! Our stay was amazing I would come again.

Excellent location in Midtown Manhattan. You could get to any place in Midtown in a 10 or 15 minute walk. Room was surprisingly large for a hotel in that area. Our room was in the rear so it was very quiet.

This hotel is just a short walk to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, and everything midtown Manhattan has to offer. We knew we wouldn't be spending much time in the hotel, but our room was very nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location is perfect. Would stay here again!

Staff were very welcoming. The hotel was clean and in a safe area. The room is on the smaller side, but definitely enough space for two people. Enjoyed staying here a lot.

Small Dingy Rooms.. NOT what I was expecting... Pros: short walk to times square & the theater district. walking distance to main train station. parking very close with a Cons: Old building converted to a hotel, Very Small Rooms Water accumulated at the bottom of the shower, paint peeling. No toiletries in the bathroom.

Ridiculously small room. Fake window. Claustrophobic.

The hotel is beautiful ! The staff was so friendly, helpful , and welcoming!

Nice hotel close to everything. The room is very clean and comfortable but a little small

Nice folks, great location, nice rooms! What more can you say.

Club Quarters is centrally located on 45th St. between 5th and 6th, a safe, quiet, clean street, within an easy walk of all Broadway shows, much shopping, Herald Square, the New York Public Library, the Morgan Library and Museum, etc. Ideal location for most NYC trips. The staff was courteous and professional; check-in was easy. Only complaint is that our room was small, with a small window without a street view (we looked onto a dark air shaft). Still, a very good place to stay, all in all--just don't plan on spending much time in your room.

Surprisingly convenient mid-town location. Jack's World (across the street) is a mini-Walmart!

Nice hotel but no view of outside. You pay for parking but at least its offered
