In the heart of the French Quarter with a delightfully friendly staff and superb facilities.

Had no problems. It was a busy hotel but everyone seemed happy and things went along fine. If wish to sit back and relax you can, but maybe not so much on Bourbon street for any hotel. You do not need a car here but can have one. We walked everywhere or used the trolleys. Great time.

This is a very noisy area, very dirty part of town. Had several issue with hotel. Manager tried to take care of situations and did a pretty good job.

Enjoyed the stay despite the craziness outside on Bourbon Street. Our room.was facing the inside courtyard and pool area. Had a great dinner at the Desire Oyster Bar with excellent local foods. And we loved the performances and ambiance at the Jazz Playhouse.

Eating facilities strange. Small requests, like newspaper delivery, promised but not done. Will not stay there again.

I had stayed years ago that's why I wanted to return. When i got to my room after carrying my bags up, I found it very dirty. Dirty used robe left outside on balcony with numerous beer bottle caps The bathroom floor had not been mopped. I was very disappointed in the decline.

It was rough coming down Bourbon with our luggage on a Friday afternoon. If we had known that we could access the building from side entrance it would have made it a little less stressful. It was very convenient to have the side door during party hours so that we didn't have to get trampled on at the Main door. Our room was very quiet and thankfully we didn't want to be on the Bourbon side of the hotel. I could imagine that we may not have gotten alot of sleep. The fridge was leaking onto the carpet but it was a deal breaker for us. We enjoyed walking the Quarter and being in the middle of everything. We would love to come back when Mardi Gras isn't going on so that we could experience the Hotel for what it could really provide for us.

Checking in to the hotel early, we were told that our room was not ready and they would call us when it was cleaned. Never got a call, so late in the afternoon we went to lobby and, after an apology, we were assigned a room that was so small and ill designed, you could not get to the closet to open it, not to mention that the doors were off the tracks too. After a discussion with the manager we were re-assigned to another room , this time with a hole in the ceiling directly over the toilet and a toilet paper holder that fell out of the wall. Another discussion led us to a larger room with a terrace on the club level floor with a bathtub in an alcove in the bedroom and another in the bathroom. (Why???) We were directly across from the club kitchen, so staff arriving early (5am) to set up awakened us with chatter and dish rustling. Housekeeping did a poor job. No evening turn-down service (2 of 3 nights), no clean towel replacement in the evening, NO wastebasket in the bathroom, and no bathrobes in the closet even though a card indicated there should have been.The shower had very poor water pressure, the amenities were fair (one small square of soap) and the bed linens were nice This is NOT a lux hotel!!!! That being said, the staff was friendly and warm. The staff gets a 5+.

Fast and easy check-in and out. And this was during Mardi Gras weekend. Very pleased.

Dirthy bathroom. Coffee maker not connected. Not working at first. Coffee supply not delivered. Fresh towels not delivered as well as additional one. Naughty room cleaning person. No hot water at night.

we needed a taxi at 4:30 am, the staff walked us down a still active bourbon st to the taxi stand.

Room was located directly across from the bars and clubs on bourbon street. very noisy all night long. they even supply ear plugs. to add to this there is construction going on and jackhammers and saws running constantly. both days I had to call the desk for coffee as the room attendants didn't leave coffee for the coffeemaker either day

As I arrived, i was extremely grateful for the underground parking. The quarter is so congested and confusing at all hours that it was a huge relief to not have to find a spot somewhere and roll my suitcase through the chaos. The lobby was absolutely lovely, but check in took about 40 minutes with only one customer in line in front of me. When a second staff member started checking in also, he didn't ask who was next and allowed a random couple that hadn't waited in the line to walk right up. Several of us in the line were displeased with that lapse in consideration. My room was beautiful and exactly as i expected. I then went downstairs to the hotel's oyster bar for dinner and the food was wonderful. I was on the 5th floor, but the elevators were extremely fast and my room was quieter than I expected for being on a very busy street. The following day I enjoyed being a quick walk to the historical sites and restaurants i wanted to visit, no driving needed. On my final morning, I had an issue. I had kept the Do Not Disturb sign on my doorknob for my entire stay. Checkout is at noon. However, at 9:00 am a staff member tapped on my door once very quietly and then immediately used her master key to open my room door while I was undressed and trying to sleep. I had to jump out of bed and yell that I'm still in here and she closed the door without apologizing. When I was ready to check out I noticed that the Do Not Disturb sign was missing from my door and there weren't any on a

Very disappointed, particularly after having enjoying it very much just a month ago. in this day and age, internet is a must, and even with a turbo boost extra payment essentially nonexistent. Further, the staff was obviously "second string" , I guess because it was over New Years , but really poor. Our TV movies didn't work, we called 3 times, and more than 2 hours later someone came and said it wasn't working anywhere in the hotel. After 2 more days we called again. This time they found a problem with our set and we moved rooms. so for 5 days, no internet, no movies. I'd just got back from Africa and was desperately needing to get work done

Nice hotel. Near everything. Great walking distance to everything in French quarters. The internet wasn't the strongest connection but it was ok. Nice place to go to party but not too much for relaxing. Or at least our room had thin walls so you heard everything on bourbon street and the rooms next door. But overall it was a great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing place to go!

Hotel location is absolutely perfect. Right on Bourbon Street. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Hotel staff was excellent. Sandra the front desk gal was exceptional. She went totally out of her way to accommodate us. The only complaint that we have is that the walls are paper-thin. Luckily our neighbors were quiet but even so you can hear everything. Another note... Bourbon Street is frequently blocked off when map questing use 700 Conti Street which is where the garage is located.

Hotel was excellent. They have all the facilities you would need for a stay in New Orleans. Staff was extremely helpful. Orbitz advertising lists a breakfast buffet which the hotel does not have. However the manager provided breakfast vouchers to cover our stay. This is not the first time Orbitz lists items that the hotels do not have. Location was most convenient for getting around town.

Hotel was nice with easy access to the French Quarter and facilities were good, however, the internet was terrible and virtually unworkable. Rooms have a Kerig which was nice but supplies were not replenished after the first day. Empty wine glass sat in the room for the entire stay. Correcting a few minor problems would make this an outstanding place to stay.

Great location, Friendly staff! Our room was very clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly helpful. The pool was very nice too. Couple of cons: no continental breakfast or water in the rooms (not for $8). Rooms kept out most noise which was impressive!! Thank you!!
