The property was great. I have a suggestion about the dog potty area. It stinks up there. My dog would not potty on the artificial turf. She knows not to potty on a rug. Pretty sure she associated the artificial turf with a carpet. I would hope that a change can be considered for a pet friendly hotel.

I really loved this property. It was a great location and the staff was very helpful and attentive. My in room refrigerator froze all the drinks and once I called to report it, I had another when I returned to my room. If you're a light sleeper, beware of the music from their establishment downstairs. It plays until 11 or so. It didn't bother me because I had read other reviews and I had a noise machine.

The location is excellent. The hotel is beautiful The pool would have been excellent but previous guests apparently complained that the water was too warm, so they turned the heaters OFF! Then, we got a good amount of rain, chilling the water more. It was absolutely unbearable the first couple days and painfully cold on our last full day. Hardly anyone actually in the pool. The mattress in room 4050 seriously needs to be rotated; it’s permanently sloped where I (and everyone else) sat, by the nightstand. The rest was all good.

Center of the action yet still quiet!

Couldn’t hear Bourbon Street at all from our room, and we loved being right in the action of everything. The staff were all super friendly and the room was great!
