I had a good stay at The Royal Sonesta New Orleans. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, when I raised concerns about the condition of my original room, they addressed the issue quickly and switched me to another room with no hassle. Their service was excellent. I gave a 4-star rating because the room I was provided was not in a condition suitable to be occupied, but the way the staff handled the situation made my overall experience much better.

Great City to visit

Stayed in a side street balcony room which was lovely. Very very noisy all night even in a side street room. However, we went there for the experience so put up with it. Had a great time in this city.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel foyer was welcoming and smelled fresh and clean. The hotel, has that old vibe but is quite deceiving, as everything is newer and well kept. The additional elevator security ensured that not just anyone could enter the accommodation halls! The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. We had stayed at several different hotels in that area from the Hyatt and Marriott and definitely will return to the Royal Sonesta!
