From check in to check out staff was so attentive to my needs. Lucien and Darlene were the best and kudos to Renon for helping me get a cup of coffee early evening. Rooms are older and more attention could be made to cleaning but the bed was oh so comfortable! One can catch a streetcar right outside hotel and lots of places are walkable from there. Breakfast was ok, wish they had yogurt but there were other healthy options. Can't comment on parking as I took an Uber there. I will definitely stay again.

I can't give this place a 5. The morning breakfast is awesome and such great service with it. When I stay at a hotel, I have 2 requirements. Breakfast and a decent workout facility. They surpassed the breakfast but they had removed the cable machine with multiple exercises. On their website it shows it. The front desk told me it was removed. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else. The pool is nice, unfortunately the designated smoking area is at the tables that surround the pool. I enjoyed it once, then just didn't want to deal with the smoke. The fountain is pretty but had an inch of water and never was on for the 5 nights I was there. The bathroom sink did not have a strainer in case something fell. DO NOT take your jewelry off in there. It takes anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes for the water to get hot. Such a waste. And the hallways were like walking thru a sauna. There are a few more minor annoyances but just really not worth the bother. I asked about getting a discount because I had to go elsewhere to work out. Was told no and because I booked thru Expedia. So only 3 out of 5. That is for the staff being so nice and the breakfast. Would I stay here again.. probably not. Not for me.

Great staff, good breakfast. Good location. Pool was very welcome after a hot days sightseeing. Negative is sustainability. They try as give you option to not have bedding changed daily but they do not give same option for towels. We choose to not have bedding changed so housekeeping didnt make up the bed and still changed towels. The hotel should also give towel option. Struggling in all the american hotels weve stayed at with the dispisable plates, cups, cutlery used during breakfast.
