From check in to check out staff was so attentive to my needs. Lucien and Darlene were the best and kudos to Renon for helping me get a cup of coffee early evening. Rooms are older and more attention could be made to cleaning but the bed was oh so comfortable! One can catch a streetcar right outside hotel and lots of places are walkable from there. Breakfast was ok, wish they had yogurt but there were other healthy options. Can't comment on parking as I took an Uber there. I will definitely stay again.

The pool was clean and clear, the breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean, and the facilities were nice and it was just a few blocks away from everything. The only complaint that I have for the whole stay was our room didn’t have hot water. Wednesday when we checked in, we passed by the maintenance guys who told us we had to leave the hot water running for about 10 minutes for it to work. Well we tried that 3 times for about 30 minutes each time so the next morning I told the front desk and she had someone up there within the hour. Maintenance guy “fixed” hot water, it worked the one time on Thursday. We didn’t realize until Friday evening it had quit working again and we were checking out the next morning so it wasn’t worth the trouble getting someone to come up again or changing rooms. Saying all this to say just go ahead and ask for a different room if you run into this problem just go ahead and ask for a different room. Everything else was wonderful I would stay again.

Very nice hotel with fresh breakfast. The cook was standing by to help with any questions. Desk personnel were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Bourbon Street. Desk personnel even set up our tour. Extremely secure property. Very nice courtyard with pool. Parking was a little tight but considering the secure gate and indoor parking I can’t complain.

The staff are great and very helpful. Cont. Breakfast was filling and room is comfy. The walls are thin though so we didn't get much sleep. Bring earplugs. Easily walk to everywhere in the area.

100% recommend! Great location, in French quarter, but away from loud crowds. Easy walking to restaurants and venues, wonderful front desk, excellent, delicious breakfast with fresh fruit in a clean environment, we sat by the pool every morning to eat our breakfast. They replenished and cleaned non stop. Nice convenient room. Everything was clean, everyone very kind. Would stay there again.
