We enjoyed staying at the Best Western walking distance to Jackson Square, Bourbon St., Aquarium but not too loud or crazy. The breakfast had a lot selection including eggs, oatmeal, and make your own french toast. The pool and courtyard were nice too. It was just what we needed at an affordable price. My only complaints are that the room was a bit small for all 4 of us. And there was only a small window. We would stay here again. Having breakfast included is very convenient.

We had a great time in New Orleans, even though we only had a few days to spend. We enjoyed taking a steam boat ride, visiting the parks and enjoying the great food and bizarre activities on Bourbon street. The hotel had a nice relaxing atmosphere and a great breakfast with a friendly staff.

Wonderful breakfast. Nice parking and in wasn't expensive.

chose for location and price for Mardis Gras. Easy walk to where the parades were, very close to Bourbon Street, right in the French Quarter. Not too many better locations for Mardis Gras.

Good location with squeezed-in parking available. Room size okay, but our location was nosiy because outside stairs to courtyard were heavily used. Better than average breakfast buffet included. Housekeeping during our stay was only so-so and wanted to do it on their schedule.

Walking distance to French Quarter attractions. Excellent staff. Well appointed rooms are not large. Would stay there again.

Friendly staff, walking distance to attractions. Should not have to pay for parking!

Really good breakfast. Staff was outstanding. Easy to walk to entire French Quarter.

Comfortable and clean, the staff is very kind and friendly, the hotel location is couple blocks walking from everything.

The room was difficult to find initially as there was no indication that we had to leave the building area and go out into the courtyard area to find the room, so some better signage would have been helpful after a long day of travel. The air-conditioner was functioning but rather loud. There was no full length mirror in the room which would have been nice for getting ready for any special occasion. Additionally there wasn't a way to get a good look in the dimly lit mirror over the sink which made it difficult for neatly applying make-up or for having a good look and getting a good close shave. The corners in the room and bathroom needed some attention for better results in cleanliness. Although there were the usual soaps and shampoos, it would be good to get the better level in bathroom toilet paper, which was close to one -ply tissue paper. The "free" breakfast was a nice perk. The reason for selecting this was the particular location and so this met that criteria.

Absolutely terrible hotel condition. Disgusting. Get rid of the mold in the rooms. I had several allergy attacks (only allergic to mold) inside the room.

Clean, good breakfast, good wifi, friendly staff.

Building was old, but it's New Orleans and to be expected. Shower looked refurbished, breakfast was fair, this place had its own bar in the lobby and the pool and courtyard looked nice. Downfall they charge almost thirty dollars per night for parking.

Good experience , would stay there again . Staffs are great and their breakfast was provided with care.

Needs a good deep cleaning bathroom corners of the shower area and floor were gross.. What pressure was horrible. It was close and convenient to destination.

The rooms are big, the breakfast was goos and it was 5 minutes from the main street

Due to snowstorms in Chicago, IL, I decided at last minute to cancel my plans there and take a return train back home. Needing to stay an extra night in New Orleans at last minute, I found this hotel to be reasonably priced and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

I would stay again. Friendly staff and clean and remodeled room. Free breakfast was good. It was in walking distance to French Quarters but away from the hustle and bustle.

Short walk to the quarter. Nice rooms. Breakfast wasn't bad.

We love New Orleans! Everyone was so kind and helpful. they had a wonderful breakfast with eggs, pancakes, fruits, coffee and teas. The bartender was fun and full of great ideas for us. We would go back
