Children running around after being told to stop by staff. You may have to post signs no running. We all know what could happen if one of them got hurt. Not sure where the people who should have been watching them were. Other then that the stay was good.

Had problems with the room. Alerted hotel staff. Problems went unresolved.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bedding and pillows were comfortable. No bathtub only a shower. The hotel is on the older side., Very clean but slightly Rundown.

This is a nice hotel with a very helpful and pleasant staff.

I was disappointed to get a smoking room, but the staff made every effort to remove the smell from the room. Very helpful staff at the front desk.

The stay was very good. The only problem was they charged for the breakfast there are other Hotels in Milford that the same breakfast it is free.

Staff was helpful, Non Smoking Room smelled like smoke, strange vibration of building that went un-investigated.

Nice solid hotel. Rooms were nice clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the breakfast buffet could have been better stocked. Ran out of eggs and it took almost an hour to get more. Other than that a nice stay

The hotel was nice. One point - bathrooms. Couple issues: need to make sure toilet seats are secure and paint not peeling in shower. Bed: comfortable but make sure sheets fit and are not too small. Feather pillows but should be fiber fill non allergy should be standard.

Hotel was late with our check in and had problem with room keys...

The hotel was fantastic. Free breakfast, beds comfortable. Staff was amazing. Everything about the hotel was great.

After checking in I was surprised to walk into a room that reeked of smoke. The room also had 1 bed not 2 as I selected when making the reservation. The staff explained that was all that was available but not until I brought it up.

About a month ago, we stayed at our hotel for one night with our kids and we enjoyed ourselves. This past weekend, we stayed for one night and it was less than pleasant. We took the kids to the pool and the maintenance people opened the door the entire time making the pool area extremely cold. They looked like they were just hanging out by the patio area and I almost said something but didn't. Kids were shaking uncontrollably so we left early. The next morning, we had breakfast in the lobby. It was really crowded so we sat down at a table that wasn't clean. I told the waitress that the leftover wasn't ours, but it took her forever to clean the table, serve us, and bring us our bill. To top it off, they charged us for our children for breakfast. (1 and 2 1/2 year old). After two stays, I will not be going there again.

Hotel was fairly new feeling and well kept. The location was perfect for a stop on a longer drive. Near the interstate but still close to downtown.

HOTEL IS IN A GREAT LOCATION. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. LIKED THE KEURIG COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM. STAFF WAS PLEASANT. RESTAURANT WAS A PLUS. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN WHEN IN THE AREA.

good hotel for traveling.
