I have always liked this hotel and have stayed here quite a few times. This tine around the pool that was advertised to be open was not open. Breakfast, however is devine here. The staff is friendly and super accommodating. I would still come back.
Definitely lost its appeal. Definitely not accommodating to the customer. Way too noisy on for a weekday.

The price was too high. No coffee or anyone available to make it. The breakfast was unavailable because one cook called out sick and another didn’t show up. Pool was still closed. No break in rate.
Convenient to highway. The hotel was way too dirty and there was rusty fixtures in the bathroom. Overall disappointing.
The toilet didn’t work. The wall paper was peeling off the wall. The pull out bed had stains on it. The pool was out of order because there was no filter and it was green. Our breakfast was cold/ no silverware of syrup was provided. I felt like I was at motel 6
The hotel never updated their site. I got there and the restaurant,bar and indoor pool was closed. I wasnt staying with no amenities
The pool was closed,. .. The bar was closed And the price for the room was ridiculously high
The property met our needs for a quick stay on our way home. It probably needs some updating (particularly the showers) but everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay.

Pet fee was exorbitant without prior knowledge. Outside conditions were dirty and croded with little space to walk dogs.
Enormous room, very comfortable bed and very hot water and plenty of it. However... their grab-n-go breakfast is scheduled to end at 11 am and when I checked out at 10:15 they were out of bagels. When the desk clerk went to bring some for the empty bowl, his phone rang 39 times. They need some back up for the clerk so that the bagels would have been replenished before I came down, and so that the front desk would always be covered.
Conveniently located. Walked in on hotel staff eating in the room the front desk assigned me.
The hotel was good overall, but the breakfast was a huge disappointment. Expensive for 11.95pp stale bagels, no instruction on how to order the omelette. I had to ask for bowls for cereal for the kids. All the milk containers were empty. No napkins available anywhere. The bacon ran out and wasn’t refilled (this was at 9:30am. Get more staff in the kitchen and give better options or reduce the price. I wish we just went down the street to ‘pops’ instead.
