We hosted an event at the Courtyard Marriott of Waterbury. The staff was extremely attentive and paid attention to all of our needs with frequent check-ins from the staff during our stay. Our families felt the accommodations were good,food was delicious and stay was affordable. The cost of alcoholic beverages were a little pricey though, but we made it work.Special Thanks to Carlos,Chuck and Jazmin for making our Anniversary Celebration perfect! We will definitely book with them again for our future celebrations.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Despite the hotel being smoke-free, it is clear that people are still smoking in the rooms. Our room still smelled like weed upon entering which the hotel did its best to cover with a spray. At night the smoking is particularly bad. The AC/heater unit worked well but was very loud sporadically throughout the night which kept my father up. Parking is not free, there is a $15 charge. The main entrance door has 2 sliding goods to get to the lobby, however the second inner door does not open automatically, you need to either have a hotel card or hope a staff member sees you to open the door which is inconvenient. The elevators are very old and dirty.

Here is a partial list: no towels, broken TV, broken coffee maker, broken fridge, green pool, 1 working elevator, broken a/c in the lobby. I was there for 2 days and multiple trips and calls to the desk resolved nothing.

Hotel was ok. Locatuon was iffy. Front desk staff were cold. I had to be buzzed in the front entrance and waited a while. Room was ok. One bed great one bed bad. Bathroom was good. AC was loud but good. Expected more from CYM.
