Very noisey and the front desk would not stop the unruly guests. Many complaint to the front desk..should be given a refund!!!!

Power had been turned off at the hotel. When I arrived I could not register or go to my room. This was not a local power outage. It was a purposeful power shutoff in this particular hotel. Awful, unprecedented in 50 years of travel.

First got checked in to a room that seems to be occupied or not cleaned (the bed is not made). We exchanged to a different room but instead

Pleasant stay with a clean room with all amenities. Excellent facilities like swimming pool and fitness center. Breakfast was good as well.

It was alright. We took out 2 rooms. The first room I was put in was supposed to be smoke free since the hotel is smoke free but it stunk of smoke. The second room smelled musty and was supposed to sleep 4 guests but I was not informed that one of the "beds" was a pull out couch. To get two actual beds, the hotel representative wanted to charge me another extra $50 per night. I just found the pricing too expensive for the experience and quality. Breakfast was eh as well.

Stay every couple of years. However this is the first time I was put in a room for the disabled and I'm not. Was told it was Expedia policy. It was fine but would have preferred a toilet with a lid.

Friendly staff and nice location. Really enjoyed the stay.

Good location close to malls restaurants and highways

It was a nice suite, it had a little funny smell but I took care of it with a fragrance Yankee candle; never leave home without it.

Always stay here as it's close to family, reasonable rates, clean, good breakfast and great staff.

This place is absolutely awful! I called ahead to see if my friend and I could have rooms together and their response was "We won't be able to do that. We are fully booked. Hold please." Without even asking our names she put me on hold and after five minutes I hung up. The check in went fine but when we got to our room the door to our room wouldn't latch so i had to slam it over and over to get it to lock. Staying with four young children this was very unsettling that anyone could walk into our room at any time. Also while in the room the deadbolt beneath the handle would not lock either. The drain stop in the tub was broken and would pop off if it was touched. The tv was awful-the first screen asks you to pay for the television and $18 for a movie is robbery. They also had kids packages for purchase but i was not buying tv. There is a live tv button but you have to search to find-it seems they want to trick you into paying for it. The pool was FREEZING!!! No towels and didn't even bring enough for our family after we asked twice and waited an hour. The deck was so slippery that my friend fell and hurt herself badly while holding her baby. The people staying at the hotel were so rude-family of 19 came into the pool and banged on the key coded door for the pool until we opened it for them, they were splashing and obnoxious and then tried to steal our towels out of our chair. When asking about check out i had to call the front desk 6 times before someone answered "hold please"

What I like best about this hotel is its location! It's close to Wallingford and Choate Rosemary Hall. It has always provided a comfortable, quiet night's sleep for us when we visit.
