The entire stay was pleasant, the area beautiful, the staff excellent, however, since they do not have a swimming pool, their nightly rates should be lower. The shuttle driver named Gabriela was very efficient, informative and sweet. It would be nice if they convert a piece of their huge parking lot, (that is not all necessary) an area to relax around a fire pit with loungers and chairs❤️

Room was not the cleanest. Continental breakfast was really not very good. Air conditioner was very noisy. Very tiny refrigerator was very noisy along with other noises in the room. If someone in the surrounding rooms use shower or flushed toilet you can hear it because it was very loud.

We checked in and our room smelled like an ash tray and the room we moved to did as well. Then a 3rd room was very musty. The lady at the front desk was very rude and told us we only had the option between the three rooms she showed us. Horrible experience, will never stay there again!

Second stay, last stay. Never again.

We were given a room that smelled of mold and cigarettes. When we asked for a different room, the clerk said she knew the 1st room was gross - "I wouldn't even stay there," - yet she had no problem giving it to a family with a child. The 2nd room was equally as gross, with laminate flooring instead of a damp carpet. We've stayed here previously and it was good for the price. Never again.
