We chose this as close to Isle of Lakes Golf. The location was great and it was very quiet. The rooms were large and the beds comfy. My only issue (as it is with a lot of places in the USA is the lack of GF options- especially no GF beer!) However, there are plenty of diners near by. I would 100% stay again.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was until 10:00, I was done by then, however I noticed some come down for breakfast a few minutes before 10, went to get their coffee first and then all the food items were taking away. There should be courtesy given to those still in the middle of getting their breakfast items.

Clean room.

The room had a very strong disinfection smell. We kept our door open for a long time. Housekeeping excellent. We had not planned to spend a lot of time in the room, so it was okay.

I booked two NON smoking rooms. After booking I called the hotel directly and they confirmed that our rooms would be put next to each other. I get there and check in no problem, my room is fine. The woman at the front desk assured me that my friend's room was right next to mine and that she can check in at any time, someone was at the desk 24/7. My friend goes to check in after we get back from a show and there is someone new at the desk who assigns her a room at the total opposite side of the property ?? We get there and it is smoking room and smells horrible!! We go back and he sends us then to another smoking room that smells horrible and damp (and again on the total opposite side of the hotel from where she was supposed to be) The man at the desk had no idea what he was doing, kept laughing at me when I was asking him questions, told me he had no manager to call. My friend was ready to drive home 3.5 hours in the middle of the night because of this experience & was told that would be her decision and would not get a refund. Finally he gets his co-worker on the phone (the one who checked me in earlier in the day) She said she had no idea what happened, she already had my friend's keys ready to go for when she got there. The woman eventually was able to upgrade my friends room to a non smoking room on the same side of the hotel as mine BUT THIS TOOK OVER AN HOUR at midnight. Ruined the entire trip.
