A wonderful experience on Cannery Row in Monterey Bay First rate from start to finish, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The amenities were first rate with a fantastic view of Monterey Bay.. You have to pick the right time of year to visit in order to get the best value. All in all a great experience.
For the price I thought it would be a much nicer room. $400 bucks for a night in a room that looks exactly the same of a Holiday Inn, but without breakfast and they don’t even have a microwave in the room. You’re just paying for the location. Not worth it. Plus $45 parking…
Had an amazing birthday stay. Parking was around the corner so we opted for valet. Staff was helpful and kind, everything was done timely and we will be returning.
We love staying here because of the location and all that they offer. The staff met every need quickly.

Service is always great here! The staff are always pleasant and quick to respond. The rooms and amenities are well-maintained. It’s my favorite place to stay in Monterey.
The close location to many activities and dining. The view of ths bay is hard to beat!
Although pricey, we opted to stay here since it was convenient for our toddler. Right on Cannery Row so you step out and you're located right in the middle. Parking is located at the next block over. Due to Covid, there was only bag breakfast. We did use their room service which was very nice as well. Would book here again.
Location was perfect. Beautiful hotel just wished the beds and pillows were better. Bedding needs an upgrade.
