It was okay, seemed dated. Check in was weird. It was outsourced to India so you’re checking in on a screen and not someone on the property. AC didn’t seem to work too well.

I called before 12pm to confirm that the pool was going to be available and I was lied to. This is unacceptable especially since I brought my kids to this hotel because of the indoor pool. This is bad on the hotel. I was told maintenance was going to start tomorrow (Monday)

The check-in is excepted to be all electronic but i hasn't seen the email before arriving. We happened to catch someone at the counter who did assist us. The room was two separate bedrooms with one shared bath but the bathroom door configuration was very odd. It was convenient that both bedrooms had access but only one door locked from inside the bedroom so we had to work out a system to communicate when the bathroom was occupied.

Do not stay here! The staff is horrible. The property is unclean and they discriminate against disabled. I arranged to stay for my sister who is legally blind and my nephew at this hotel. When they had difficulty with the toilet in the bathroom, not flushing, they reported it to the front desk and waited more than an hour for a maintenance person that never came. When my 12-year-old nephew walked his mother to the front desk to try to get Assistance. They discovered a plunger had been left outside their room. He walked her to the front desk to request assistance since she was blind, and they told her she could plunge the toilet herself. Which she said she would not do because she could not see it and it was not her responsibility to manage their property. She then requested a maintenance person come to the room and she was told everyone was too busy turning over rooms for new guests to arrive. She asked repeatedly to speak to a manager or owner and was denied. She was told she had to call back on the main line and leave a message. They refused to assist her so she checked out of the property and I had to rebook her at another hotel at considerable expense. She called the front desk multiple times requesting a refund and they have never called her back. The rooms were not unmaintained, and the pool was filthy.

I never saw staff so I can't rate them. Check in was by AI, talking to a person on a computer monitor which did not work well. When I had a problem with the TV in the room, I was told there was no one on site to fix it so I'm guessing there was NO STAFF anywhere around. The rooms were clean but stark! No counter in the bathroom to put toiletries? I never used the pool so I didn't rate it. Check out was also by AI, just texted to let them know I was leaving and we left. If this is the future, if you don't mind not seeing a human face when you check in, then you probably won't mind staying here. I still prefer being greeted by a human being. If I'd known it would be by AI, I would not have booked here,

This was a great place to stay, the room was large and clean and the beds comfortable. There was minimal noise between rooms. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We also appreciated being able to walk 5-10 minutes to restaurants and not have to drive and try to find parking.

Excellent experience- accommodating staff and nice facilities. Easy check in/out- love the coded doors for entry. Hot tub had just been chemically treated so you couldn’t turn on the jets without the chlorine vapors stinging your eyes- but it was fine with the jets off. The indoor pool is nice.

No one to assist in checking in, the one in the kiosk monitor was not accommodating, no shower curtains in the bathroom so it you'll definitely make a mess on the bathroom floor that makes it unsafe, slippery and messy each time you use the toilet. Phone in yhe room was not working. No complimentary bottled water.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean, Vernice shower. The floor was a bit dirt. The soles of our socks were black. Made sure to wear slippers when in the room. Besides the floor room Was very clean. Pool are had many people in it. About 10-15 people drinking beer in the hot tub. We kept checking periodically, hoping it would clear out a little around closing, but it did not, so we decided to skip it. Great location. Near aquarium, great dining, cannery row and fishermen’s warf. We would stay here again.
