Pros: This resort has a beautiful landscape with the golf course as the background. Our family loved the outdoor game area where my son played ping pong everyday and the fireplaces for smores and chilling at night. Lobby area is large, bright, and cozy. Breakfast spread is very good and offers several healthy options. The juice bar was a huge hit for everyone. Cons: Rooms are on the older side and the beds are quite uncomfortable. Bathroom is small and the half shower door makes water splash everywhere. The most negative experience that affected our stay was when we tried to have dinner at their main restaurant on our first night there, we were told it would be a 30 minute wait for a table. We ended up waiting an hour even though the restaurant was literally half empty. Granted it was Thanksgiving week, management should have planned accordingly and have sufficient staffing. We were exhausted after a long day of traveling and just wanted to get a quick dinner but instead we didn’t get to eat until 8pm. We learned our lesson and ate elsewhere the rest of our trip.

This is one of my favorite hotels. Staff is wonderful, restaurant and bar are lovely. My only complaint is the rooms are becoming dated and the bathroom sliding door offers no privacy because of its age and being warped. Time to replace the bathroom doors.
