Nice facility, seemed to be recently updated. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Nice property with close golf course . Grounds good to lounge. Resturant closed on Sunday

I really loved the hotel. The only complaint that I have, was that the bathroom door, doesn't lock. I'd stay there again and again.

Great beautiful hotel. Nice staff. Great location. Nice bar area open till 2am. I only wisj I wpild of stayed here more than 1 night. Can't wait to stay here again.

The hotel property is beautiful but the room doors are thin and you can hear other guests in the hallway as if they are standing right in front of you. The cleaning service never came to our room in the 2 days we were there and we weren't even in our room most of the time. We weren't able to check out over the TV and no one answered the phone at the front desk so we had to drive to the lobby to check out. Not the best stay but not the worst.

Nice and accommodating. Beds were a little squeaky but other than that the room was great.

I loved this hotel. The only thing I would say is that the rooms haven't been updated in a while. Also, security of the building was low. Unlike most hotels it didn't require you to swipe your card to enter the buildings which was scary. But if they fixed those two things - an easy 5 stars.

From the beginning to the end, the staff was wonderful. The Jazz band was perfection to our weekend!

We have stayed with you guys several times and love it. My only complaint is the last 2 times we have stayed, there is a family that is not staying at the hotel that is enjoying the pool. They are drunk, and cussing around the kids. They told me they are not staying at the hotel.... they are locals that work on Canery Row. It makes it hard to enjoy the pool when they are there causing drama.

Excellent experience. Good location. Clean. Quite!

Everyone was very pleasant very clean very comfortable to stay

Just what you would expect from a Hyatt. Excellent service. We did have a dog and they put us on the 3rd floor with no balcony. Storm came, power went out and carried wet dog on stairs many, many times.

My kids enjoyed the golf course, hot tub and fire pit !

It was a nice quiet stay! The only weird thing was there was no bottled water available in the room which would've been nice.

We stayed here for one night as we are Hyatt Rewards members and generally only choose Hyatt properties for points when traveling. We found this property to be rather noisy, with paper thin walls and people gathering in giggly groups in the hall outside of our room the entire time. Bad timing? The heating and cooling system of the room is archaic and in desperate need of an upgrade. Your AC is basically a freestanding AC unit that is loud enough to wake up all of California. The unit also takes up quite the amount of room space, which is already not abundant in the standard room we booked. Room was basic and clean, nothing remarkable and as expected for this room rate. The desk staff was nice enough, although rushed and seemingly eager to move on to the next guest. Breakfast buffet and restaurant staff were five star, however, going above and beyond to fill multiple sports water bottles and sending us off with complimentary coffees to go.

This was the Hyatt Regency, so I was shocked that the carpet wasn't vacuumed well and the heater thermostat was broken. First night extremely cold. Staff gave me portable, loud heater. Finally, I was warm. Not a good experience

Nice hotel overall. Though, the décor and rooms are a little dated. The facilities are very clean. Short drive to the beach and wharf.

Wedding weekend Wonderful staff rooms clean comfortable Bed firm nice quiet location

The hotel is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of cannery row. Which provides a quiet and relaxing stay, but yet close enough to the action in case you wish to travel downtown.

Game areas that included ping pong and corn hole, water basketball in the pool and bonfires were a nice touch.
