My husband and daughter loved the S’mores over the campfire.

Go there often for business, went this time for a short vacation. Excellent time.

I was going to arrive very late. I called ahead and was checked in so that when I arrived my key and room were ready. The desk staff could not have been more helpful

We were a family of 4 (2 kids, 2 adult) I mainly wanted to stay somewhere with a usable pool that my girls could play in for a reasonable price. Pros: -Had heated pool and jacuzzi (Pool hours 6am -10pm) -staff was genuine and friendly -room was clean -location was convenient, about 5 min drive to downtown Monterey -surprisingly they had a good size TV compare to other hotels Cons: -breakfast was not complementary ( you would think thats a basic requirement nowadays ) -$15/night charged for parking but was expected after reading other reviewers -Room was not the most updated. It wasn't too bad but I would expect more from Hilton - shower pressure was too low/weak - bed was too soft for my liking - our sliding door to the balcony was hard to open/slide. It was quite squeaky as well Overall, it was a good stay. I would've been more satisfied with the complementary breakfast tho. Parking was not a problem not like some other reviewers mentioned. Plenty of parking in the uncovered/outside area. My girls loved the pool. Hotel also offered s'mores during certain time by the firepit which was nice but be sure to get thParkinglier before supplies run out.

It was okay for our vacationing in Monterey. It is close to highway. Breakfast buffet wasn't that good.

We were there to celebrate our son's graduation and 22nd birthday. He is someone with autism. The staff was truly kind and patient and very helpful. Our Desk Person even set up a little card to wish him well along with a bottle of wine and cheese platter. We really appreciated that. The first evening we had dinner at the restaurant there on the property...the service was terrible and so was the food. We ordered calamari and what we got looked like fishsticks that tasted awful. We were greatly disappointed. I would love to recommend this hotel but considering the terrible food and service in the restaurant, I probably would return nor recommend. Don't mean to be unappreciative, but when the food sucks, especially the fish when your in Monterey Bay...you know it's bad.

Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Place is a little dated. Location is great, close to everything.

We stayed here as part of our California Coast trip. The kids loved it. Our room had a little balcony and was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great and included S'mores by a fire pit at 6 every evening. The restaurant was great for breakfast and good for dinner. The foyer bar was pleasant, and the hotel shop sold wine and snacks. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly staff, my room was clean and orderly and temp was already set to 72 degrees. The room it's self is nicely lit when the lamps are all on and the bathroom lighting is a nice clean light. I was able to give my 3 year old a bath without having to wipe down the tub and drain first and the shower head had nice water pressure. Now lets talk their restaurant the Pacific Grill... DELICIOUS. The menu isn't huge but the Rib Eye, and Citrus Chicken we ordered were perfect! This hotel is close to the freeway and the aquarium without being too close to the tourists and traffic.

Great location to Carmel, Monterrey, routes to travel to and from other places

We liked our stay here. The hotel was nice and affordable. The staff was good. Our room was a little too noisy for our liking but it was next to the pool and in the stairwell near the street so we didn't have the best location.

The regrigertaor was broken, the bathtub was stopped up with hair that had never been removed from the drain, the bathroom sink was kid sized and leaked. All in all a very disappointing experience.

For the price I paid it should have been wonderful. It was like an upgraded best western. Breakfast is not included yet the staff during breakfast was really nice and accommodating. The parking should be free not charged considering we had to walk so far. It was ok but I wouldn't go back.

We stayed here once before a few years back and liked the location and service of this hotel. Everything was nice and we hope to stay here again when we're in the area.

The hotel was modern and clean. I had to clean up my work presentation in the business center and was able to print everything without any problems. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect after long days. Our room was quiet and peaceful and was perfectly tucked away in Monterey. The Wharf and Cannery Row were within a five minute drive and Highway 1 North/South was basically at our doorstep to see some amazing hot spots along the coast.

Nice & clean but priced a little high. Good location did not stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities.

Room over priced, small bathroom for a "suite". $10.00 to park, which I was NOT told of a booking time. From parking to room was long walk. No in room service. Plumbing noise all night. At $310.00 a night room was very over priced. Would not stay there again at that price. Room should have been valued at $150.00. Stay was unsatisfactory.9

We had a very good stay at this hotel. They had overbooked the king rooms and gave us complimentary breakfast for an upgraded queen room. Very quiet location and easy on and off hwy access.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a King room, superb
