Room was perfect! We drove down from San Francisco to go to the Monterey Bay aquarium afterwards we grabbed some dinner and checked into the hotel super quick super easy parking was easy. Check-in was easy. Our room had a pool view and the pool is heated and was open until 10 PM so we swam a bit and we’re in the Jacuzzi. There’s definitely a lot of places to just hang out relax talk read a book since we were there during winter time the had a fire going we could sit around. The room itself was very spacious. The king bed was comfortable, just enough pillows and blankets and towels. We had all of the amenities that we needed in the morning. We got the breakfast buffet, which included either the buffet or something you can order à la carte like waffles or French toast or omelettes. My husband got an omelette with hashbrowns and sausages and I chose the buffet made myself a bagel had oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, and coffee. We got a little plastic bag and grabbed some bananas, apples and to go cups of coffee and returned back with full bellies and smile smiles to the road back to San Francisco

This place was great. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean and their complementary breakfast was outstanding. I couldn't think of one thing that wasn't great. Eugene, the manager was extremely helpful and inquired as to how our stay was going. Highly recommend this place for business travelers and families. And parking was extremely convenient and the fee was reasonable. 10 out of 10.

Spent one night with friends to celebrate my birthday. The staff was incredible and even sent up a bottle of wine and snacks free of charge. Shot out to Ranjita for the thoughtful gesture and ultimate kindness. The room was spacious for the 5 of us, clean and we slept very good. I used the Hilton app to get a virtual key. It said is was requested but it was never given for the entire trip. Went to the desk and only one person was working which does not make sense during high check in time. Asked for room service and they did not do the room on time.
