The room was great, clean and had beautiful wood vaulted ceilings. I loved the historic charm but it had nice upgraded features in the bathroom. The glass french doors opened to let fresh air in. Felt very safe and secluded almost.

This hotel has lower room rates in a great location but the property needs updating. My room had stains on the carpet and worn linens. The room was very dark with garish light fixtures. The mattress was creaky. Staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was good.
