Nice room, good value for price. Good location convenient to Monterey and Carmel. Restaurants and markets nearby. Only complaint is noisy AC unit and noisy fan in bathroom.

We did like that there was a enclosed spot to let you dog run leash free. What we didn't like was the $40/night add-on charge per dog which was not advertised on the orbitz site where we made the reservations. They also advertised over 150 channels and when we got there it was only three. The weather channel, a shopping channel, and some channel that only played 80's sitcoms. And NO complimentary continental breakfast. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the water was hot, and the beds were somewhat comfy. Bring your own towels too because the bath towels are the size of a dinner placemat.

Was very excited to stay here and unfortunately would be the last time I decide to come and stay here. The bed squeaked with every subtle movement. Limited towels of 2 for a 3 night stay and when I asked for more the staff wasn’t very friendly. The cleaning lady was knocking on all room doors at 9am very rudely. Check out time was at 11am. There’s absolutely no need to be loudly and rudely knocking on someone’s room door at 9am. I understand at 11am but not at 9am. You could also hear everything from all the next door rooms and upstairs. The sheets had a terrible smell and felt almost as if they were wet. Under the pillow there were long hairs as if the sheets or pillows were never switched. Couldn’t leave anywhere because returning to find a parking was also challenging. The property has parking but VERY LIMITED parking. I had to park on the street.

Completely remodeled! Looked very nice. It even had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. One complaint, the room had a bit of a strange smell coming from the nightstand area. Other than that really nice room.
