No microwave in the room. Over priced water in the room. The soap shampoo are so tiny for two people. They charge for parking and the internet connection is sporadic. Will not stay there again.

Parking was difficult as cars would park out far in spots and no one was able to fit driving through. Terrible when you can’t drive anywhere close to your room because of the super tight parking quarters. Also called for an extra pillow and had to call back several times over the entire day because they kept forgetting to bring it.

The property overall was satisfactory. The service, not so much. On day two of our three day stay I called to change the linens anf freshen up the room. After two hours I went to the front desk to request the same. When we returned three hours later it never happened. After calling again for clean towels, they never arrived. I ended going again to the front desk to get them myself. Upon check-in, the fireplace didn't work. After an hour someone finally arrived. Overall the service was substandard.

Overall the stay was good. Slight problem with lighting one night. Pitch dark. Front desk assumed I had 2 cars when I only had one. I'd recommend this place and will stay there again. Service was EXCELLENT!

Orbitz has it advertized that the rooms are soundproof when infact it is opposite of that. I booked because of this because I am a light sleeper and noises wake me up frequently. I could hear the person snoring very loud and clear that was on the other side of the wall where my bed headboard was. The beds were back to back. Also, the laminate floors were poorly assembled and the cracked and squeeked loundly everytime we walked on them, this includes neighbors above and on the sides of us. Also, no room service, we had to pick up our own food from the restaurant and only had a limited menu to choose from. Not happy the stay. The Fireplace was another reason I booked this room and we could not turn it on and were told that we had to wait till someone could come out and look at it. Nobody did in the 2 days we were there.

We liked the grounds and the rooms were clean and nice, it would have been nice to check-in early though, since we were there and early and had a car full of luggage/food. thanks

The hotel was better than we expected. The location is ideal.

Our room was very big and had a fireplace.That was awesome. We had a very delicious breakfast. Stuff Was nice.But cleaning service needs to be improved.

It was centrally located to the aquarium, restaurants, and shipping.

It was a good stay at this hotel. Nice property and room.

Family with small children
