Overall this was a great place to stay for the price for us. The room was spacious, clean, and attractive. Wood flooring (rather than old carpet) was much appreciated, but also meant that noise from the kids upstairs was more apparent. The woman who checked us in and out was extremely friendly and helpful. When there was an issue with our room lock/key cards someone came over right away to fix the problem. It was great to have a fridge and microwave in addition to the coffee maker! Always great to have abundant parking. Several dining options within walking distance. I'd go back for sure!

The property is nice and clean. They have 2 buildings, one across from each other. The property needs a bigger sign esp on their second building... took us awhile to find it. The room we had was bigger and has a microwave, coffee maker and a refrigerator (which we liked). The only thing is, they don't have a vending machine or a little gift shop. The room doesn't have water to drink so make sure you buy before you go back to your hotel.

Not the best, but not the worst

Room 210 - Stay was just good enough to sleep but with a couple of issues. Fitted sheets on the bed kept coming off with minimal movement. Another issue was with the main door having an 1+ inch gap on the bottom where a cold breeze would enter. Rooms were also thin walled where we could hear everything nextdoor and outside (due to 1+ inch gap).

The property was about a 4/10 the inside of the room was rather nice, looke like it had recently been remodeled. Where gotta knock off point is; 1. POOR PARKING AVAILABILITY if you are not at the property very early in the afternoon you will have to park at another location across the street or on the pu lic street, 2. Property Cleanliness over filled trash cans as well as tradh in the parkjng lot and walkways, 3. Propert environment and General Area, although not in their control the property and area around the property didn't feel the safest.

Overall nice experience only downside was no communication when I wanted an upgraded room and it wasn’t available and the crib requested for a baby was dirty and smelled so it wasn’t useable

Beds were comfortable. Pillows smelled like BO. Fridge was broken. We bought breakfast for ourselves for 4 days- milk, yogurt, juice, fruit, at Trader Joe’s. Enough for the week as we were coming and going all week. $56 worth of food. Next morning, milk, yogurt, everything in fridge is warm. Ruined. There was a short in the outlet by the sink. Dirty wash rag laid over the shower rod. And to top it off- there was a construction crew staying at the hotel. About 10 very large white commercial trucks all parked in the small spaces.one of them put a 10-12 in jagged deep scratch in my car. We ended up parking out on the street the last 2 not got there.

Check in Was super easy off the app. However, when I arrived after a 3 hour drive there was no parking in the hotel parking lot and for the remainder of the 2 days stay. Staff was nice and accommodating when it came to towels and overall questions. Cleanliness is a 3. The hotel is old/ outdated. There is a gap under the front door so both light and air seep in, creating a chilly room/ draft all day. The light switches in the bathroom were dirty with food on them along with the wall with the blow-dryer. The plus for this room is that the beds were comfortable.

I already requested crib / bassinet in advance but they didn’t provide it. They mentioned that bassinet will be available while booking. That’s why I booked this hotel. But they didn’t. And it way too uncomfortable stay because of this issue.

Good budget motel, good location

This area is chock-full of moderate-priced inns, so be sure to compare amenities to decide if it suits you. We find the location very convenient for reaching PacGrove & Carmel/Carmel Valley, as freeway access is quick. Days has an elevator so if you require accessibility, do request a room close by. This is an older motel but well maintained/updated, altho our bath had a loose shower handle that we reported upon leaving (it was functional, just "wiggly"). Thin walls as is common; but mgmt was very prompt to act when the room above us made excessive noise for several hours straight--we called up when ready to sleep and they immediately made the folks quiet down. 5 stars to them for quick response!
