Lovely little motel to stay in, exactly what we needed as a base for exploring around Monterey. The room we received was a very generous size, as was the bed. There is filtered water and ice on site, and plenty of parking. We we on the 2nd floor and had no issues with noise. I'd recommend if you are travelling through, or if like us, you need a base for a few nights. Less than 10 mins drive to the main highlights of Monterey, as well as shops and places to eat.

This place was nice - not necessarily as in “fancy” but the staff was very nice, the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the area felt safe. It feels like it is in the process of sprucing itself up right now. It’s modest, but decent. Relatively close to the wharf and Cannery row. There were thoughtful touches like providing utensils for mobile meals and filtered water in the laundry room. I would absolutely stay there again
