Worst ever H I E by far. Very disappointed. First room we were given had old worn and dirty carpets, lumpy floor, dirty drapes and no working light in bathroom. Second room an improvement, but way below expectations of H I Express.
Had a great stay, friendly staff, clean room, centrally located!
I love how nice and friendly the staff was. We got a great room for an even better price!
Clean and all that I used was in working condition. Up early and back late so I did not do too much out of the room. Very grateful with very early start there was always coffee ready.
We arrived at 3 pm to check-in, and were told our room wasn't ready. We had plans we had to cancel because our room wasn't ready until 5. Several guests in the lobby were having the same issue. It was a very odd experience.
