Staff was great but that was it. We were on the 2nd floor but it felt like our room was not level. Sitting on the commode felt like we were going to fall forward and in the shower we had to stand under the water. If we walked to the back of the tub we were walking upwards. The worst thing was when the did laundry the entire room vibrated on the spin cycle. Also, there was a crack pipe next to our vehicle the next morning.

Conveniently located, clean, and quiet.

I had a friendly check in, a clean room, breakfast was great, and there were plenty of food choices available nearby, including grocery stores, shopping, etc. The hotel was relatively quiet, considering its convenient location next to I-635.

Not a great stay. Housekeeping did not service my room for my entire stay, even after asking the front desk to have it done after my second night. I ran out of amenities and had to go up to the front desk to request replacements. The overall attitude of most of the staff was not great.

We did not stay there! We had trouble cancelling our reservation. Your phone operators are very difficult to understand. Their English skills are poor. They hang up the phone whenever they can't immediately fix a problem or when a request is made to speak more slowly and clearly. We will not use Expedia again.
