This property is full of people who live here. This is more of a rundown apartment complex than a hotel. The paint is peeling from the ceiling. We requested an extra room and the only available ones were jacuzzi rooms. Both jacuzzi rooms were disgusting; black curly hairs left in the beds and the jacuzzi tubs! The beds had yellow stains on the sheets! The hallways smell like weed all over and the hotel does not have an elevator; so you have to take the stairs to go to your room. The breakfast provided was stale cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee, no creamer! Finally, the locks are on every single door. You have to have a card key to go up stairs, down stairs, to the breakfast area, etc.

I called and asked if hot tub and pool wasn’t working order. The hot tub was filthy. There was no maintenance people to maintenance the pool. It was ice cold the hot tub cloudy and filthy. They said the pool guy never came in from the weekend so I stated this hotel specifically for the inground indoor pool and hot tub. They said it was working and it wasn’t breakfast was put up at 9 o’clock and it was nothing but toast anyway no creamer. It is poor quality all around.
